A sales invoice will then post that will credit the ‘Gift card adjustments’ and debit the ‘Sales ledger control account’ nominal codes. account number would need to be a minimum of 7 characters in length. This can now be any length of characters, but will still need to be present in the courier settings as it is a mandatory field.

‘Invoice Quantity’ Override Option for ITD Global Courier

OrderWise Ref: 36696 Menu Option: System | System Settings | Despatch | Courier Integration | ITD Global Status: Enhancement Licensed Feature: Yes (Courier – ITD Global) Detail: A new system setting for ITD Global has been added to override the number of invoices

returned. The value can be set to negative (if none are required), positive (if one or more are required), zero or blank. Zero and blank values will return 3 invoices due to the courier’s API defaulting to 3.


UK Mail – Self Label Integration

CCL Logistics - Direct Feed

Restrict CRM Track Viewing and Addition by User Group

When this setting is disabled all active users will be shown. This functionality has been mirrored on Android CRM.

Sage 200c API Integration

the access to this integration can be found within the Invoicing section of System Settings. A Database can be selected within the ‘Company Selection’ in System Settings, and when this is selected, records can be posted to Sage 200c API Integration using ‘Post to Accounts’.


MOBILE DEVICES

Stock Consolidation – New Setting Added to Separate Functionality from Replenishment License

Date/Time Picker Options Added to System Settings

have been added to the ‘Global | UI Controls’ tree node within System Settings. When enabled the ’00:00’ and ’23:59’ buttons appear on the Date/Time Picker, which allow the user to set the time for the selected date. The ‘Now’ button has been replaced and instead displays the current hour and minute in real time. The functionality of this button depends on the ‘Set date with current time’ setting, when enabled clicking this button will set the date/time to the current date/time, when disabled the date will be preserved and only the time will be set. Furthermore, the legacy controls ‘Use legacy date picker’ and ‘Use legacy colour picker’ have been moved to the ‘Global | UI Controls’ tree node from the ‘Global | General’ tree node within System Settings.
