is empty the walls contract sending signals to the brain.

Appetite is the desire to eat, not the need.

Have you ever eaten anything just because friends are eating or food is offered?

Food and EmotionsDo you eat more or

less when you feel stressed, frustrated or depressed?

Do you eat when you are bored?

Do you reward yourself with food when you achieved a goal?

If you eat more this can lead to over eating and unhealthy weight gain.

If you eat too little you might not be getting the nutrients you need in your daily diet

Eating habits can be shaped based on the meals provided for them by parents, but also friends can influence you to try new foods.
