On Farm Africa’s Great African Welly Walk, we’ll add together every single mile walked by schools and other Farm Africa supporters across the UK. When it’s all totalled up we hope we’ll have collectively walkedall the way to our project in Kitui, Kenya, where Willi and Elizabeth live – just the kind of project you’ll behelping by taking part in the welly walk.

Farm Africa is a charity working with families in rural Africa, helpingthem to grow enough food to feed their families and grow extrafood to sell. We believe farmers in Africa can produce enoughfood to feed everyone who lives there, so we help them increasetheir harvests and make the most of natural resources like soiland water. Together we can help every farmer grow enoughfood to provide for their family – forever.

You can help Give Hunger the Boot by pulling on yourwellies and joining in our Great African Welly Walk!

£15 could help provide a set of tools to growfood on hard, sun-baked land – giving Africanfarmers and their families the chance to feedthemselves.

£30 could help a farmer to sow an acre of landwith high-quality seeds for crops that survive even inthe driest conditions.

£60 could help provide farmers with fruit tree saplingsso they have nutritious fruit to feed their children.

£100 could help train a group of farmers in new techniques to helptheir crops thrive.
