1. How to use Graphics and ChartsSTEP 1 - Open your start menu and click on the blue highlight program

STEP 2 - Click insert and the click on chart or smart art.

When you click on chart, window open like in the picture.

When you click at chart that you want, it will pop out like in this example.

Step 3 (Final Step) – For Setting up your chart, you may go the Excel like in the picture . *the excel only show up by itself when you made a chart.

2. How to Running PresetationStep 1 – Click on start menu , Then Click on Microsoft Powerpoint 2010.

Step 2 – click on file in Microsoft

Step 3 – Click on Open to open your file, Then Choose your presentation file

Open your file.In Order to run the presentation file you need go the next step .
