Job Title:
Recruitment Consultant – Middle East
Location:
London
Reports To:
Team Manager – Middle East
Job Purpose:
To ensure that there is a constant supply of candidates who meet the criteria and needs of
our clients in order that vacancies can be filled within the required timeframes. Assist in
maximising the short and long term profitability of the company.
Key Result Areas
• To ensure that all contract requirements or service level agreements are met and
provide the targeted return against budget.
• To develop and maintain a profitable client base through proactive and planned
servicing of current clients.
• To proactively promote candidates through candidate and client marketing calls
• To develop and deliver a candidate recruitment strategy to ensure a continuous
candidate pipeline in line with quality standards and clients expectations.
• To maintain regular contact with candidates, build lasting relationships and keep them
fully informed of all new work opportunities.
• To put candidates forward for interview at every opportunity and complete the process
either to confirmation or rejection.
• To maximise Medacs potential by passing on leads to colleagues and actively promoting
all the services Medacs have to offer
• To assist with recruitment campaigns and marketing events.
• To manage the recruitment of candidates in targeted countries based on the shortage of
specific types of candidates in the Middle East market.
• To attend events together with relevant operational staff from around the operation.
• To ensure wide ranging methods of candidate attraction and retention of candidates’
pool are implemented.
• To develop and increase candidate database which may include travelling to source
countries to screen candidates.
• To screen and source candidates for the Middle East perm team to ensure client needs
are met.
• To contact candidates within 24 hours of initial contact and build relationships with
candidates even if there is no immediate business.
• To meet and comply with legislation requirements in the Middle East and elsewhere as
appropriate.
• To ensure proof of eligibility to work in the required country is obtained for every
candidate.
• To ensure candidates put forward to clients are fully compliant, qualified and skilled to
meet the client’s requirements.
• To ensure candidates placed are fully compliant before start date.
• To maintain agreed service standards to clients and candidates
• To monitor competitor activity and local industry trends and report to Director of
International.
