STATUS OF BENEFITS OF TUBELESS TYRES FEEL BY CUSTOMERS

Page 10: Jk tyre by rahul gupta

FINDINGS 87.4% customers are satisfied with the performance of Jk tyre,

which is slightly less than MRF satisfaction level. Almost all the customers (95%) are aware about the tubeless tyre

technology. So we can say that this technology will be very beneficial for the companies in near future.

82.4% customers said that tubeless tyre performance is good. Nobody said that it is bad or not satisfactory.

Customers said that less puncture and safety are the major benefits of tubeless tyres as compare to tube type tyres.

Customer Buying Behavior very much depends on dealer’s suggestion and on the condition of store.

Driving status affect the satisfaction level. Tyre checkup and driving status does not affect the awareness

stats.

RECOMENDATION

Cost advantage is necessary but it should not reflect in the quality of products. Means selling your product at a reasonable price is good but it should not be at cost of quality of product.

Company could come in two-wheeler segment to increase their sales.

Company should use the raw material of better quality for the long life of the tyre.
