Managed modifications to the nonconformance, investigation, and CAPA applications. Added functionality to

nonconformance application for automatic creation of calibration nonconformance events - via interface with

validated company calibration system. Continued to make updates to the nonconformance application until full

transition to alternate (EtQ Instinct) nonconformance application.

Maintained interfaces for CHS, GCC, and Nonconformance applications (via Unix script maintenance and

execution).

Created (using CA Clipper) automated claims processing systems - which downloaded claims from corporate

OLE) to perform automated processing by extracting information from a personalized DBase database (containing
