Preparing comparative Statements of materials specifications from various vendors technical

bids.

Coordinating with Buyers for placing the Purchase Order for required materials and getting

them release at various levels till the order released to external party (Vendor).

Ensuring timely and periodically constraint resolution, Shortfall Estimation, Substitution

and sparability for non-priority jobs with surplus inventory to save cost and time by

avoiding fresh procurement.

Coordinating on weekly basis with all concerned department heads to review pending order

status, quality of material to ensure standards.

Keep track of outstanding purchase order and formalize a report for the same department

wise to ensure the delivery is completed within reasonable time.

Coordinating with Buyers and vendors to get materials at site within the time frame and

same has to be allocate based on SAP MTO for bulk items and site requirement.

Doing Allocation and de-allocation of required material, Uploading MTO, Preparing

MIN(Material Issue Notes), BTN(Booking Transfer Notes), DIN (Direct Issue Notes),

MRN(Material Issue Notes) through SAP-MM module.

Transferring Material stock from Plant to Plant, Sloc. to Sloc. (Storage location) and

checking material invoice in SAP-MM.
