General Introduction

Excellent wear proof property of ceramic enables this valve have high reliability and

prolonged lifespan which is 2-4 times as much as Titanium Alloy and Monel Metal Valve.

Elastic Oring fit between metal part and ceramic part makes the whole part high sealing

capacity, avoid the two parts blind, and avoid the ball broken.

Valve stems are selected among 316/316L stainless steel, HC Alloy , Monel alloy,

structural ceramic.

Completely symmetric design ensures dual leak-proof and two-direction usage to prolong

its lifespan to twice.

JRCV-1 Ceramic Lined Ball Valve

General Introduction

All parts that contact the medium are made of structural ceramics with extremely high

chemical stability and hardness(HRC90), which is only inferior to diamond. So the valve

features exceedingly high wear-proof capability, corrosion resisting, enduring capability,

good heat insulation, small thermal expansion.

The valve is unique in granule medium of high hardness, or medium with erosive soft

granule and is the only choice for such mediums. They are widely used in FDG System,

slag removing system and LNCFS in power plant, saline water and distilling processes in

alkali works, paper pup system in paper mill, and so on.

The ball is processed by advanced polishing equipment and techniques that can ensure

high circularity, good surfrace quality. The Self-lubricating capability of ZrO2 ensures the

good sealing performance between the ball and its seat. It is thoroughly free from the

defects of easy leakage, big torque, non-corrosion-resistant sealing surface comparing

with metal sealing valve.

General Introduction:

All interior Body surfaces and the ball are made of high performance ceramic for superior erosion/corrosion resistance.

Ceramic Control valve adopts different Vball for various rate of flow, furthermore it is equipped with accurate control modules or electro-valve positioners in it, which control the rate of flow accurate.

Various actuators meet different requirements from the customers. It is diversified from pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, imported or domestic, which can all be installed on the valve safely, with no bad effect on leakage of the valve stems.

Applied in the most severe application. Ceramic ball valve is the best choice for solving the problem of heavy corrosion and rough wearing in the course of controlling liquid.

JRCV-2 Ceramic Control Valve

General Introduction:

Applications: Applied in any ind of medium with max temperature 500℃, max pressure 5.0MPa,

such as high corrosion, high attrition, high temperature. It is mainly applied in Pneumatic delivery

(sand, cement, mineral, dust), steel mills (coal powder injection, pig iron desulfuration, silicon,

MgO), power Plants ( desulfuration) and so on.

Structure: 3-part type float ball valve, Connect; Female thread, Butt Weld, Flange, Flange follows

the standards of Din/ANSI/API/JIS
