Job Center is the Franchisee model of SelectJobs.
Job Center will assist Selectjobs in reaching job Seekers who are not online or not net savvy.
Job Center will cater to Job seekers at the entry level and for candidates who cannot easily access the internet
Job Center will assist job seeker in other activities like training, interviews, documentation, loans etc.
About Job Center
He will have to have a full time staff to run the franchise. One contact number should be given by him that would be used for incoming calls.
Basic Computer knowledge is important.
Training would be provided by SJPL Team.
He would have to register candidate as per JOB requirement, that would be sent every Monday by SJPL .He should assign the candidates for interview and after interview the comments field would be updated by SJPL.
Candidate must go for interview so that the JC would to get revenue as attendance is important. And if candidate is selected and joined he would get revenue for the same.
Plus every Monday he would receive an email of all the hot jobs he would have to remove a print out of the same and put it in his office for candidates to see. He can stick it up on his door or his wall for visibility.

Marketing support to the JC would be SMS Blast and Online marketing in their locations through WhatsApp campaign, face book , Instagram , Twitter,
WhatsApp and SMS Blast to create awareness of select jobs present tie up in the area.
Facebook and twitter campaign for the JC to get leads for clients or candidates in the area, we create traffic to his web page so that he receive massages and leads for business.
Instagram help him advertise his placed candidates and can get new candidates walkins.

Daily report needs to be sent by JC as per format for knowing the JC ownership in the franchise.
As interviews candidates are sent SJPL would reply them back on every Saturday for the number of candidates attended the interview and number of them joined and update the system.
We would need to make it clear to the JC that through RTHOTJOB we assured 100% interview drives but on NRHOTJOB we have interviews as clients whenever required.
RTHOTJOB: Register through hot job. NRHOTJOB: Non registered through hot job.
NRHOTJOB Clients: Accounts, data entry, Back office, IT
How Does it Work ?You register the candidates and we will send a minimum of 3 Job opportunities within 3 weeks! If you successfully place the candidate, you Earn Rs 500 to Rs 2500 per on placement!
Success Placements• Candidate applied for job & scheduled for interview
