JB-MBT1 - Manual Industrial Battery Transfer Car

JB-MBT1 has been specifically designed for the safe removal of “junior type”traction batteries for a capacity range up to a maximum of 750kg with single ordouble roller bed manual operation, fitted to a guide rail.

JB-MBT2 - Manual Industrial Battery Transfer Car

JB-MBT2 has been specifically designed for the safe removal of “junior type”traction batteries for a capacity range up to a maximum of 1250kg with single ordouble roller bed manual operation, fitted to a guide rail. Hydraulic hand pump toraise and lower for tyre wear and different transfer heights, ideal for differenttypes of trucks.

JB-300 – Industrial Battery Mover

The JB-300 is a Pallet truck mounted single battery change car for the removal of tractionbatteries to a maximum battery tank size of 1250mm x 800mm. This machine utilizes the pallettruck battery for its power source.

Specifications

� An Electro hydraulic power pack, driving magnetic retrieval arm with 160mm electromagnet, generating 1000kg holding force with zero air gap

� Controls which includes:� magnet on/off switch� motor on/off switch� advance/retract switch� mechanical battery safety latch� battery isolator with security keys

� Powder coating to customer/company logo colors or to other colour by arrangement� Recommended to service a maximum of 30 trucks due to the capacity of host truck

battery.� 5 year warranty on steel works� 1 year warranty on hydraulic pump / rollers

Safety Features

Lock Out System – When the traction battery is positioned on the JB300, the traction ofthe truck is automatically disengaged. The truck will not re-engage until the mechanicalbattery safety latch is in position.

JB-400 – Industrial Battery Mover

The JB-400 has the samespecification and safety features asthe JB-300, but has two 160mmelectro magnets and is for maximumbattery tank size of 1250 x 1030mm.

We can manufacture to any batterytank size or any other specification.

Stainless steel cladding is a must forzoned trucks that work in an explosiveenvironment or is an option for the foodand brine industry, making the truckeasy to wash down after use

We also offer a repair service onpreviously cladded stainless steel forks

We only use high grade 316 stainlesssteel
