Operations Manager - Fluke Metal Products, Inc., Bothell, WA 3/16-12/16Responsible for overseeing 41 employees in their day-to-day operations. Responsibilities included: assessing gaps in technical capabilities and providing mentoring and training to meet goals; hiring personnel and conducting reviews; ensuring employee efficiency to meet standards; trouble shooting quality and manufacturing issues; improving operational efficiencies; coordinating weekly and overtime schedules; attending production and management meetings to update other managers on departmental operations; overseeing machine maintenance and service repairs with in-house personnel and outside vendors; managing machine scheduling; reviewing and providing input in machining and tooling approach for all new work; and acting as backup programmer as needed.

CNC Programmer/ Tooling Engineer - Global Machine Works, Arlington WA 3/05-3/16Responsible for fixture layout, design, documentation, setup, and programming of Makino A81 &A61, Grobb 5X cell systems for reliable operation and lights out manufacturing.
