To find a crisp packet or any food packaging, cut in half and stick onto paper and draw the other half exactly as you see it. This will represent symmetry. - Have look around the house for packaging. You might decide to do a variety of packaging Year 9 To draw and add colour to koi fish drawing (linking to Culture project) To draw the outline of koi fish, including the scales and add colour. Think about colour blending and proportions. Year10 To draw a variety of different expressions (at least six facial expressions) Use yourself as the model. Explore various expressions by looking in the mirror or taking a photo and draw the outline of what you see. Think about proportions, scale and shape. Google search facial expressions for an idea of what you could do. Year 11 To carry on with design ideas for Component 2 and your design development Checklist is on Edulink for you to follow. You have the option to take your books home for Component 2 – external assignment.
