Degreasing 1018The silicate and cyanide free salt mixture Degreasing 1018 is designed for electrolytic degreasing and activation of iron, copper, brass, white die-castings and zinc based die-castings. The product contains chelating agents, which dissolve oxides - that makes the ready degreasing solution insensible against hardness components of the water. Instead of silicates other builders are used to reach a high dispersing ability.

When cleaning surfaces the versatility of ultrasonic degreasing is getting visible. Highest grades of cleaning can be reached in comparatively short times. Advantages can be seen especially when cleaning geometric complex items. Ultrasonic is also effective on unapproachable areas where mechanical and manual cleaning like spraying and brushing fails.IWG Ultrasonic cleaners dissolve and suspend impurities, inhibit metal surfaces and saponify oils and greases.

US CleanerThe ultrasonic cleaner US Cleaner is a solid mixture of surfactants and salts especially developed for cleaning nonferrous and precious metals in the ultrasonic cleaning process. The cleaner can be used especially for removing polishing pastes.

Uniclean 70The ultrasonic cleaner Uniclean 70 is a weak alkaline cleaner, a mixture of different surfactants and organic additives.Uniclean 70 was developed especially for removing polishing pastes and produces a temporary corrosion protection after cleaning.

AntitarnishAntitarnish has been developed to protect copper and copper alloys as well as copper coatings against corrosion. By a simple efficient immersion process a colourless, thin and adherent protective coating is achieved that provides protection against oxidation of the materials surface. Once treated the material may be stored for several months without tarnishing. Antitarnish is an aqueous, environmentally sustainable solution without the additions of chromates. Components once treated with Antitarnish can be processed further (electrochemically) after the protective coating is removed by acid dipping.

Garcoat CAThis cathodic clearcoat based on acrylic-resin is especially developed to coat decorative surfaces and can be applied between 5 µm and 35 µ.This cathodic clearcoat is an excellent protection for high-gloss metals and metallic surfaces of gold, silver, copper, chromium, nickel, aluminium, stainless steel and other alloys from atmospheric influences, as well as from everyday wear and tear.

Silverpassivation XP 0015The Silverpassivation XP 0015 on silver, is an electroless passivation bath, which deposits transparent, colourless protective coatings.
