Salva la tua pelle con prodotti AFLA…..La pelle è l’organo più grande del corpo e reagisce a fattori esterni ambientali ed ereditari indipendentemente dal suo colore.I problemi della pelle sono molteplici e sono diversi secondo l’età della persona e la natura stessa della pelle. Per evitare il più possibile questi problemi è molto importante seguire una routine quotidiana. Bisogna pulire la pelle ogni mattina e ogni sera col sapone antisettico adatto al tipo di pelle, per prevenire l’acne soprattutto nei giovani. Questa abitudine quotidiana dev’essere seguita dall’uso della nostra crema emolliente e idratante per mantenere la pelle fresca e priva di rughe il più a lungo possibile.È importante anche tenere i pori della pelle puliti e aperti in modo che l’epidermide respiri con l’uso del nostro prodotto detergente. Quando è possibile si consiglia di evitare posti pieni di fumo, ambienti inquinati o con aria condizionata perche` questi sono fattori che contribuiscono alla disidratazione della pelle. Questi problemi possono essere alleviati bevendo non meno di due litri di acqua al giorno e seguendo una dieta equilibrata e sana. Infatti la salute della pelle comincia a tavola, con una dieta ricca di frutta e verdura.Uno dei prodotti nemici della pelle è senza dubbio il sole. I danni dei raggi solari iniziano in giovane età, ecco perchè bisogna proteggere la nostra pelle dai raggi ultravioletti fin da bambini. Il sole va preso in modo graduale e intelligente per evitare l’invecchiamento precoce della pelle. Per ottenere questo bisogna proteggerla con una delle nostre creme anche quando si è già abbronzati, perchè l’abbronzatura non è uno scudo sufficiente contro l’aggressività del sole.È molto importante tenere sotto controllo macchie solari e nei, perchè possono degenerare e trasformarsi in tumori della pelle. La maggior parte di questi tumori della pelle, se presi in tempo, nel novantacinque percento dei casi guariscono perfettamente.Nessuno conosce la tua pelle meglio di AFLA. AFLA- esperti nella cura dell’epidermide.

Papà mi ha appena confermato che contrariamente a quello che ti avevo detto prima, la nostra permanenza in Australia sarà di due anni. Ci pensi, diventerò anch’io un canguro!
