The cooperative "Cantine di Orgosolo srl" consists of 19 small producers from

Orgosolo (Sardinia) which are cooperating within their association. Our

corporation was founded only a few years ago, even though our members are

traditional wine producers since much longer. The production zones of our

wines can be found in the valleys of Locoe and Sorasì, which are part of the

municipality of Orgosolo, and where the Cannonau finds the perfect climatic

conditions to grow and has been cultivated since ages. The average age of our

vines is 35 years, and they grow on average 400-500 meters above selevel.

meat) can be stored at room temperature with a shelf life of 12 months if Polly PP-EVOH-PP PET film with closed-OPA-CPELBCO and 48 months if packed in aluminum trays, both of which are equipped with easy-open packaging. The main feature of our products is represented by the fact that they are long-keeping foods without preservatives and not frozen, but simply sterilized (absence of fillers microbiological) and stored at room temperature. The stability of the food is obtained by autoclaving. Our company is located on a hill of the appennino Lucano, Basilicata, a land that still preserves ancient food habits and offers top-notch ingredients, whole and genuine. Le Camarde Farm Olive Groves

Designation of Origin) area of the SUBAPPENNINO DAUNO, precisely in the FOGGIA province. "LE CAMARDE" takes its name from one of its nicest "CONTRADAS" and it covers lands where grow different varieties of olive trees, among them the "ROTONDELLA" and the "OGLIAROLA GARGANICA". In these enchanting hills of the FORTORE Valley, where climate is particularly favorable to olive tree cultivation, we produce our awarded Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made out of first choice olives, manually collected from late October to early December and pressed within 24 hours from their collection. Le Camarde oil, yellow with green reflections, has fruity flavor and sweet taste with a ripe almond aftertaste, and it boasts a very low acidity. Extra virgin olive oil in 0,75-0,50-0,25 lt. bottles but also in different size cans, whereas truffle, lemons and hot pepper aromatic oils are sold in 0,25 lt. bottles and in 0,05 lt little bottles for restaurant. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil, King of the Mediterranean Diet, declared World Heritage by Unesco, is a precious food for our welfare thanks to its protective properties against cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.

Caseificio Murtas greatest pecorino cheese

The Murtas creamery is located in the heart of Sardinia. Respectful, a lover of the tradition and attentive to the quality, the Murtas creamery is specialized in the production and in the marketing of the most typical cheese of Sardinia: the ovine cheese. This is another the reason to combine with the manufacture of the products a scrupulous selection of the raw materials: the milk. The milk is collected exclusively in the farms of the area of Gerrei, where the sheeps are fed on natural pasture, in an attempt to promote the natural tastes and the protection of the most archaic costumes.
