I am seniour accountent in DRM wersten railway office bhavnagar

My father is also railway officer in rajkot division

My mother was very athecal and spirtual and nature

How was ajaybhai as a child?

I was very brave and naughty I was like to play with puppy and also

trained them I was always topper in my primary

class

Q. 1 How many years of experience?= > i have 31year experience in

western railway in Bhavnagar.

Q.2 Since you are successful....sir, how do you take your work?

=> As a mission

Q.3 According to you, what are the qualities to become a successful employ?

=> Each and every task complete in perfect time and quality work divide how many importance work and how many need for successful employ made for quality with quantity work. other employer with co-opereting work and trustful honorable work.

Q4. During your long successful career, you might have faced some challenges, how do you take it, as an opportunities or as a hurdle?

=>in my long successful carrier, I have faced many challenges I have take it as an opportunities. I have solve that all challenges with respect of organization

Þ Yes I believe in opportunity I gat many opportunity in my life I also passed out bank p.o exam and also GPSC

Þ I also get opportunity to work with Indian railway during my 31year at life this was greatest opportunity for me

Q.7 Sir.. sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your expectations, How do you make them work?

=> I guard my junior and take kindly and gently work. and also tale about my past experience and encourage them for there work and responsibility.

 

Q.8 Sir.. sometimes in your career you might have faced your seniors or authorities are not supporting according to your expectations, how do you make them convince?

=> I request my senior to guide me about work

Q.9 Sir.. according to you, what is your contribution to organization and how do you relate it to society?

=> Each and every organization in employ between co-operating and give take respect. individual work and other employer with good work for benefit organization. every organization is related in society because society people use railway for transport.

Q.10 What is short term vision? And what is your long term vision?

=> For the sort vision I want to prove my self, during my job I want to work with all my staff as a friend. I want to solve all the problem of my office. and I want to create good atmosphere in my office.

For the long term vision I always become helpful for the railway. all the time I want to conect the railway and my work

Q.11 Sir will you please share any life experience of yours, which you feel makes you a successful person?

=> I have been join in 31 year western railway I was start job guard in local train Bhavnagar to surendranagar.before join railway my complete college m.k. university of bhavnagar.10 year railway gave mail express service. during in duet brain problem so western railway rule and regulation through I am note able for do this work after posting in since 2011 DRM office in Bhavnagar.
