Please note - unless we are advised otherwise, we will expect children to attend before and after care sessions as normal. Where cancellations are not made, applicable session charges will apply. SEPTEMBER HOLIDAY PROGRAM The program for the September holiday program is included in this bulletin. An excursion to Scienceworks has been planned which will include a ferry trip along the Yarra River from Southbank to Scienceworks. We will travel back to school by bus, returning at approximately 3.30pm. This should a great day so we are hoping for some fine weather for the boat trip. Limited numbers apply so please book early for this excursion. Also planned is an incursion with zoo on wheels and slot car racing. Zoo on Wheels will bring 15 ride-on animals in a range of sizes to accommodate all ages so it should be lots of fun. Mobile Raceways will bring a 6-lane slot car track for students to test their racing skills against each other. Limited numbers don’t apply to this incursion. We are also offering the optional Subway lunch on Wheels Day so please make sure you submit your order, with payment, by end of term. Envelopes will be available from the OSHC centre from next week. Hours of operation 6.45am – 6.30pm On designated excursion days it is important children are at the program at least 20 minutes before the bus is due to leave, the bus will not wait for those who are late. On non-excursion days children can arrive at any time.

What does my child bring? Children are required to bring their lunch each day unless otherwise indicated in the program. Morning and afternoon tea is provided. Please ensure that you do not send your child with any food that requires heating or cooking. Berwick OSHCare School Holiday Program The Berwick Primary School Holiday Program is jam packed with exciting activities and awesome excursions in a safe and friendly environment for primary school children 5 – 12 year of age. Booking is easy! Log onto [email protected] to obtain an enrolment form. If you do not have access to the internet please collect one from the school or OSHC office. $5 per child per day plus the cost of any excursions must be paid on enrolment before the program commences, otherwise your child will not be able to attend.
