The customer has needs, requirements and also desires satisfaction from your business. You must make sure that the resources are available. This includes necessary people, organization structures, suppliers, information, work environment and finances. Without having these things covered, you won’t really know if you can create what the client wants.
An official order by the client is only accepted providing your business can meet all the customer’srequirements. The five departments we looked at are the ones that will determine whether or notto accept that order from the client.
