ISO20000 Detailed Conformance Audit The detailed ISO20000 Audit will determine your level of conformance against each of the individual requirements of section 1 of the ISO20000 standard (the SHALL statements CIHS is an independent consultancy that leads the way in ITIL best practice and ISO20000. We specialise in providing quality ITSM consultancy with tailor made services for our customers to provide maximum benefits. Phase 1: Initiation Kick off meeting to discuss and agree on the planned scope of the ISO20000 Certification. Full briefing session with all Process Owners (PO) regarding ISO20000 and the audit process to set expectations regarding the audit and the role each of the process owners during the assessment. Process Assessment Models (PAMs) will be provided to each PO to review prior to the commencement of the audit, allowing sufficient time for each process owner to identify / source the documentation and records that will be required to prove conformance. Onsite assistance will be provided following the provision of the PAMs so that we are available to answer any questions and provide clarification to any of the POs on their content. Phase 2: The Audit The Audit will consist of structured interviews with each PO and general observations of the process activities. This will determine the current level of conformance. Following the interview each requirement will be deemed to be Green – Conformant (Conformance to the standard has been evidenced) X Red – Non Conformant (Conformance has not been claimed by the process owner) Audience Businesses that are assessing their strategic roadmap to adopt a best practice methodology for IT Service Management. Managed Service Providers looking to achieve a Global Industry standard. Businesses with existing service desks that are looking to embark on a Service Improvement Programme. Deliverables Onsite consultancy with our experienced consultants focussing on the process areas outlined in section 1 of the ISO20000 standard. Management report indicating current RAG ratings against the ISO20000 standard. For each instance of nonconformance an action plan will be produced and documented. The POs will have the opportunity to take action on their plans prior to the final audit. Report summarising the status of each of the ISO20000 requirements for each process, showing the status of Green/Red for that requirement.
