ﭼﻬﺎﺭﺩﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺳﺎﻻ ﻛﻨﻔﺮﺍﻧﺲ ﻧﻪ) ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻠﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ( ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻚ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺍﺭﺩﻳﺒﻬﺸﺖ۱۳۸۵ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺍﺻﻔﻬﺎﻥ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﺍﺳﺘﻮﺍﻧﻪ ﮐﻤﺎﻧﺶ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺍﻳﺰﻭﮔﺮﻳﺪ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎﻥ ﺍﺛﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺩﺭﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺸﺘﺎﻭﺭ ﻧﻴﺮﻭ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﺠﻮ ﮐﺎﻣﺮﺍﻥ١ ، ﺩﺭﺯ ﺟﻮﺍﺩ ﺭﺍﻣﻨﺪ٢ ﺷﻬﺮﻭ ﻣﺠﻴﺪ، ٣ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮑﺪﻩ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﻴﮏ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ[email protected] ﭼﻜﻴﺪﻩ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻮﺍﻧﻪ ﮐﻤﺎﻧﺶ ﺑﺎﺭ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﺭ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺧﻠ ﺍﻳﺰﻭﮔﺮﻳﺪ ﺷﺪﻩ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺍﻧﺪ. ﺍﺑﺘﺪﺍ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺑﺎ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻏﺸﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﺯ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﻻﻳﻪ ﺑﺼﻮﺭﺕ ﺭﺍ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﻫﺎ، ﮐﺮﺩﻩ ﻣﺪﻝ ﭘﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﺭﻭﻱ ﺍﻱ ﺍﺳﺘﻮﺍﻧﻪ ﺳﻔﺘﯽ ﻣﺎﺗﺮﻳﺴﻬﺎﯼ ﭘﺎﺭﺍﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎﯼ ﺍﻭﺭﺗﻮﺗﺮﻭﭘﻴﮏ ﻣﻌﺎﺩﻝ ﺁﻣﺪﻩ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺕ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﺍﻳﻨﮑﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻗﺒﻠﯽ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﭘﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﻧﻴﺮﻭﻱ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻘﻮ ﻳﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺩﺭ ﺭﺍ ﻫﺎ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺳﻌﻲ ﺍﻧﺪ، ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﺍﺳﺘﻮﺍﻧﻪ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﮐﺎﻣﻠﺘﺮﻱ ﻣﺪﻝ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻼﻭﻩ ﮐﻪ ﮔﺮﺩﺩ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺩﺭ ﻫﻢ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻭﺍﺭﺩ ﮔﺸﺘﺎﻭﺭ ﻧﻴﺮﻭ، ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﮕﻴﺮﺩ. ﺭﻳﻠﻲ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺭﻳﺘﺰ ﺑﺮﺍ ﺣﻞ ﮐﻤﺎﻧﺶ ﻣﺴﺄﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺍﺳﺘﻮﺍﻧﻪ ﺑﮑﺎﺭ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺻﺤﻪ ﺑﻤﻨﻈﻮﺭ ﺩﺭ ﮐﻤﺎﻧﺶ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺟﻮﺍﺑﻬﺎ، ﺑﺮ ﮔﺬﺍﺭﻱ ﻧﺮﻡ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﺭansys ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﻫﻢ. ﻭﺍﮊﻩ ﻛﻠﻴﺪﻱ ﻫﺎﻱ: ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﺍﻳﺰﻭﮔﺮﻳﺪ ﮐﻤﺎﻧﺶ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺪﻝ ﺭﻳﻠ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺭﻳﺘﺰ ﻣﺤﺪﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﻥ ﻣﺪﻝ. ۱ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﻴﺎﺭ۲ ﺍﺭﺷﺪ ﮐﺎﺭﺷﻨﺎﺱ ﻫﻮﺍﻓﻀﺎ ﺳﺎﺯﻩ ﻫﺎ ﻫﻮﺍ ﻳﻲ۳ ﺩﮐﺘﺮﻱ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﺠﻮﻱ ﻃﺮﺍﺣ ﮐﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ ﺑﮑﺎﺭﮔﻴﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﭘﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻮﺍﻧﻪ ﺩﺍﺭﺍ ﮐﻪ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎﺗ ﺍﺳﺘﺤﮑﺎﻡ ﮐﻢ، ﻭﺯﻥ ﻗﺒﻴﻞ ﺍﺯ ﺎﻻ ﺍﺯ ﺑﻮﺩﻥ ﺑﺼﺮﻓﻪ، ﻧﻈﺮ ﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﺑﺎﺯﺩﻫ ﺷﺮﺍﻳﻂ ﺍﻧﻮﺍﻉ ﺑﺮﺍﺑﺮ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎﺭﮔﺬﺍﺭ ﮐﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩﻫﺎ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، ﻓﺮﺍﻭﺍﻧ ﻫﻮﺍﻓﻀﺎ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺩﺭ ﺳﻮﺧﺖ ﻣﺨﺎﺯﻥ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺨﺼﻮﺹ ﻣﺪﺕ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، ﺩﺍﺭﺍ ﺭﺍ ﻃﻮﻻﻧ ﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﭘﺮﻭﮊﻩ ﺍﺯ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻮﺩ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺻﻠ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﻣﺤﻘﻘﻴﻦ ﺑﺸﻤﺎﺭ ﺭﻓﺖ] ۱ [ . ﺳﺎﺯﻩ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻛﻢ ﻭﺯﻥ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺎﻱ ﻓﺸﺎﺭﻱ ﻧﻴﺮﻭﻫﺎﻱ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﺭﺍ، ﺍﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻗﻄﻌﺎﺕ ﺩﺭ ﻫﻮﺍﭘﻴﻤﺎﻫﺎ, ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﻜﺎﺭ ﻓﻀﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻘﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﺎﻳﻞ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ ﺑﻮﺳﺘﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻗﺒﻞ ﺩﻫﻪ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﺯﻩ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺪﻧﻪ ﺍﺯ, ﭘﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﻮﺩﻧﺪ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﻫﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺘﺼﻞ ﻗﺎﺑﻬﺎﻱ ﮐﻪ ﺩﺍﺭﺍﻱ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﺯﺍﻭﻳﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺎﻱ۰ ۹۰ ﺑﻮﺩﻧﺪ ﺩﺭﺟﻪ. ﭘﻲ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻝ ﭼﻨﺪﻳﻦ ﺍﺯ ﭘﺲ ﺳﺎﺯﻩ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺕ ﻫﺎﻱ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪﻩ ﻛﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﻫﺎﻱ۰ , ۴۵ ۹۰ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺩﺭﺟﻪ ﻗﺮﺍﺭﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺳﺎﺯﻩ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻫﺎ, ﺳﺎﺯﻩ ﭼﻬﺎﺭﻋﻀﻮﻱ ﻫﺎﻱ ﭘﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﻛﻞ ﻓﺮﻭﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻋﻀﻮ ﭼﻬﺎﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻮﺩﻧﺪ ﻣﻲ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮﻱ ﺳﺎﺯﻩ ﻛﺮﺩ، ﭘﻴﭽﺸﻲ ﺑﺎﺭ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖ ﻭﻟﻲ ﻛﻤﻲ ﺩﺍﺷﺖ. ﺳﺎﻝ ﺩﺭ۱۹۶۴ ﺁﻗﺎ ﺮ، ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻦ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺭﺍ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ ﺑﻬﻴﻨﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﻴﺐ ﺷﮑﻞ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﻫﺎ ﻣﻠﺦ ﺗﻮﭘﻲ ﻳﻚ ﺮﺍﻱ ﺩﺍﺷﺖ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﻓﺸﺎﺭﻱ ﻧﻴﺮﻭﻫﺎﻱ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻫﻮﺍﭘﻴﻤﺎ، ﻛﺮﺩ ﺁﻏﺎﺯ. ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﺍﺯ ﭼﻴﺪﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻦ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻫﺪﻑ ﻛﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﻫﺎ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻛﻤﺒﻮﺩﻫﺎﻱ ﺑﺘﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻮﺩ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﻗﺒﻠﻲ ﻫﺎﻱ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪﻩ
