IsaDerby FAQsQ. What are the dates for IsaDerby?

A. The sign up period is Monday, May 17–Wednesday, May 26, 2010. The contest start date is May 31, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. EST and the end date is August 15, 2010 at 11:59 a.m. EST. Get ready for your 90-Day Challenge!

Q. When is the registration period?

A. The sign up period will last only from Monday, May 17 at 12:01 EST until Wednesday, May 26 at 11:59 p.m. EST. After that, registration will no longer be available.

Q. How do I register?

A. Only Star Consultants and above will have team creation capabili-ties. This means that only Star Consultants and above will be able to enter team information into their Back Office. If you meet that criteria, here’s how you create your team:

1. To create a team, go to your Back Office and select the “My Team” section

2. Go to “IsaDerby Registration Goals and Reports”

3. This will take you to the “IsaDerby” page and select the “edit” button near “Create my Team” Please note that if you do not see an “edit” button this means that you do not have team creation capabilities

4. Once you have selected “edit,” you will have to enter your team name and your optional team photo

5. Make sure to hit “save” after you’ve entered your team name and photo

6. To enter your team members, enter their member ID and click save. Their information will now show in their team member list

You can only register for the contest between Monday, May 17 until Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Registration will be closed after that time.

If you would like to remove a team member, simply select the red circle with an x in the center next to the person. You will only be able to remove this person during open registration between Monday, May 17 and Wednesday, May 26, 2010.

The team member who is removed will NOT be notified when they’re removed from a team.

Q. Do I have to purchase an IsaDerby Success Kit in order to participate?

A. At least one member of your team must purchase the IsaDerby Success Kit in order for your team to participate. We recommend that your team leader purchases the pak; however as long as someone within your team purchases the pak you will be able to participate. Please keep in mind that this starter pak has everything you will need to help your team grow and succeed in IsaDerby.

Q. Does each team need a team leader?

A. Yes, the team leader is responsible for team creation, conference call updates, creating weekly goals and also facilitating team communication. The team leader also serves as the main point of contact for all IsaDerby updates from Isagenix® corporate team members.

Q. Once the team registration process has ended can I still register for this contest?

A. Once the registration period has ended you cannot register for the contest.

Q. Why should I have the maximum number of six people on my team?

A. Points are cumulative, which means the more team members you have, the more points you can accumulate.

Q. What if I want to change teams during the registration process?

A. If you are not a team leader, you will need to contact your team leader and ask to be removed.

If you are a team leader and would like to change a team member(s), log in to your Back Office and select the “My Team” page. Click on the “IsaDerby Registration, Goals, and Reports” section. This will take you to the “IsaDerby” page. On this page, select the “edit” button next to “Create My Team.” If you would like to add a member, enter their Member ID, and click “save.”

To remove a team member, select the remove button that is a red circle with an x through the center. If your team already has six members, you will have to remove a member before adding any new team members.

Please note that removed team members will not be notified if they are removed.

Q. Am I able to switch teams after the registration period has passed?

A. No. If you would like to leave a team after the open registration period has ended, you will only be able to do so by contacting Isagenix Customer Care. Please note that if you decide to leave a team after the registration period has ended, all of the points you have accrued in your team will be removed from the team. Please note that you cannot switch to any other team after the sign up period has ended.

Q. Can I have Preferred Customers on my team?

A. Yes, you can have a team with a mix of Preferred Customers and Associates.

Q. What if I don’t have a team, can I still participate?

A. Yes, you can participate. Simply e-mail IsaDerby@IsagenixCorp.com and Isagenix will place you on a team.

Q. What ranks can I have on my team?

A. Each team must have at least one team leader with the rank of Star Consultant or above.

The team can have a maximum of 2 Star Consultants and above.

The team can have any other variation of ranks from Preferred Customers, Associates and Consultants.

Q. Does my team have to be in my downline?

A. No, Your team does not have to be in your downline.

Q. Do my two Star Consultants and above have to be “paid as” Star Consultants or above?

A. No. You do not have to be “paid as Star Consultants”. The recognition rank of Star Consultant and above will qualify a team member for the team leader position.

Q. What happens if I’ve already reached the maximum 2 Star Consultants and Above and someone on my team gets promoted during the sign-up week?

A. When you create your team via your Associate Back Office the system runs a validation to ensure that your team does not contain two or more Star Consultants and above. It is possible that someone on your team may advance to the rank of Star Consultant or above during the open registration period. This will not negatively affect your team; however, if you remove this person from your team during the open registration period and decide to add them back at a later date the system will not allow you to do so since you already have two Star Consultants or above on your team.

Q. What happens if my team leader withdraws mid-contest?

A. If your team leader or any other member of your team decides to withdraw mid-contest, you can still stay in the game. You will not be able to designate a new Associate to take his/her place; however, you can still stay in the game and continue earning points with your remaining teammates.

Q. How will my points be displayed?

A. Your individual points and your team points will be conveniently displayed in your Associate Back Office. To view your points, log in to your Back Office and select your “My Team” page. There will be a special IsaDerby section displayed at the bottom of the page.

Q. Will others be able to see my points?

A. Each week we will recognize and post the points of the Top 10 overall teams as well as the Top 20 overall point-earning Associates on IsaFYI.com. These points will be cumulative points from the beginning of the contest period. We hope this encourages you to meet or exceed the point totals shown.

Q. How do I know that the points reflected are correct?

A. You will be able to review your points along with a team summary that will allow you to identify where your points originated.

Q. Are points displayed in real time?

A. No, individual and team points are updated once daily. The running tally for the overall top teams and individual top point earners will be updated and displayed each week on Tuesday.

Q. Do new enrollees have to be on Autoship at the time of sign-up?

A. Yes, in order to receive points, your new Associate must join Isagenix with a minimum order with 100 BV and set up their Autoship at the time of enrollment.

Q. Do Preferred Customers count for new enrollments?

A. No, for the purpose of this contest your new enrollments must be new active Associates (non-preferred members). This is not to discourage you from enrolling new Preferred Customers, but in order to receive points, your new enrollees must be new active Associates.

Q. What happens to my points if new enrollees return their initial product order?

A. All returns of Pacesetter Paks will be deducted from your overall point total when the pak is received by our offices and logged in the system. This means that points will not automatically be deducted when a return is initiated, however, the points will be deducted when the product is received at Isagenix World Headquarters.

Q. How long after my new Associate enrolls do they have to register for Celebration in order for me to receive points?

A. Your new Associate has seven calendar days from the date of enrollment to register for 2010 Celebration in order for you to receive 3 points. Example: Joe Smith enrolls on Wednesday, June 9, 2010. In order for you to receive 3 points for Joe’s Celebration ticket purchase, he must purchase a ticket to Celebration on his new account by Wednesday, June 16, 2010. In addition, your new enrollee must’ve also enrolled with a minimum of 100BV and have established an Autoship at the time of sign-up.

Q. What if the Celebration tickets are transferred, do points transfer as well?

A. Points received for new personally-enrolled Associates who purchased tickets to Celebration are not transferrable. If your newly-enrolled Associate transfers his/her tickets, the points will not be transferred. They will remain with the current enrolling sponsor.

Q. Does my new Associate have to purchase 100 BV at the time of sign-up?

A. Yes, in order to receive new enrollment points your new Associate must place a minimum order of 100 BV at the time of sign up. The order must also ship.

Q. Who receives points when I achieve the rank of Crystal Executive?

A. If you personally achieve the rank of Crystal Executive, you will receive 10 points. In addition, your enrolling sponsor will also receive 10 points.

Q. Who receives points when an Associate reaches Consultant?

A. Help your personally-enrolled Associates achieve the rank of Consultant, then you as the enrolling sponsor will receive 2 points. Points will not be given to the Associate who achieved the rank of Consultant, only the enrolling sponsor.

Q. Do I receive additional points for new Associates that purchase more than one Celebration ticket within their first seven days of enrollment?

A. Yes, if your new personally-enrolled Associate decides to purchase more than one ticket to Celebration on his/her ID number within 7 days of enrollment, then the enrolling sponsor will receive 3 points for each ticket purchased, with a maximum of 5 tickets. After the fifth ticket purchase, points will no longer be awarded to the enrolling sponsor.

Q. Do I receive additional points for an Associate that orders multiple Pacesetter Paks at the time of sign-up?

A. No. Only one Pacesetter Pak can be ordered per Associate so there is not a way to receive multiple points.

Q. What if I win the Trifecta and cannot attend the New York City vacation? Can I receive a cash equivalent?

A. The grand prize is non transferrable and no cash equivalents will be given if the winner(s) cannot attend the vacation. We recommend checking your schedule before signing up for IsaDerby to clear yourself of any scheduling conflicts .

Q. What happens if the top 3 individual overall point earners are also on a winning team? Will they receive two trips?

A. If the winning individual point earners are on the winning team, they will not receive two trips nor be able to bring additional guests besides their one guest allowance. No additional cash equivalents or extra trips will be given to the winning individual point earners.
