4-H Council Changes Coming Up A week ago Tuesday night the

4-H Council tentatively voted to expand from its 9 present mem­bers to 16. This would mean that one council member would have a specific township responsibility to the leaders in that township

and that 8 new roe:nbers will be elected to the council this coming fall. -

If the 4-H council passes the constitution changes, ballots will be sent to all the 1-H leaders in the ccunty nominating their favonte leaders. Elections will be held sometune in early Ncvember so that the 16 new council mem­bers' names will be on the new 4-H calendar. This cowity calen­dar will be printed in late Novem­ber, paid for bf. the Charlotte Lions club and will be dIS-tributed at the leaders banquet in early December so that alt the leaders and members m the county will know who their councH repre­sentative is.
