It is the responsibility of all visitors to provide their own personal protective equipment. Site requirements are as

follows:

ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER

The Vendor and Ross’s Auctioneers and Valuer’s reserve the right to accept or reject any offers in their absolute

discretion.

Acceptance of any offer will be communicated in writing (by email, fax or letter) and will be deemed to have been

communicated to the successful purchasers immediately (in the case of an email or fax where no notice of transmission

error has been received by the sender) or by close of business on the day following mailing (in the case of a letter).

Date of such deemed communication will be the “Agreement Date”.

Upon the Agreement Date, a binding contract of sale will arise as between The Vendor and the successful purchaser

effective on the Agreement Date, the terms and conditions of which are those set out in the Conditions of Sale noted

below.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS:

All purchases to be made in Australian Dollars.

All offers will be subject to a Buyer’s Premium of 10% and 10% GST.

A deposit of 20% is required to be paid within 24 hours of the Agreement Date (being the date of notification in writing

of the acceptance of offers as described above) with the balance to be paid within 2 working days. Successful bidders

who have submitted their bid online will be required to complete and sign a Tender Offer Bid document in the form

attached to this Tender Document upon acceptance of their offers.

Payments will be accepted via Bank Cheque or via Electronic Transfer only.

If the successful purchaser fails to comply with the Conditions of Sale, The Vendor reserves the right to retain the

deposit and/or any other monies paid and the right to resell the equipment in any manner and upon such terms and

conditions they may think fit.

Certain requirements may have to be met before the equipment may be exported. Compliance with such requirements

is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. The Auctioneer does not provide safety certificates, certificates of origin and

the like. Payment of export or other fees, if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser of the equipment.

REMOVAL OF ASSETS:

All removals from site by arrangement and must be completed in accordance with the following requirements:

It remains at all times the responsibility of the purchaser to make its own arrangements including ensuring relevant

permits have been arranged (if required) for the removal and transportation of the assets purchased from their present

location.

Ross’s Auctioneers and Valuer’s will assist all purchasers by helping to coordinate the loading and removal process

LOADING

All Goods must be removed from site within 3 days of purchase

Tuesday 25th November – Thursday 27th November 2014.

The Vendor and Ross’s Auctioneers and Valuer’s reserve the right to alter or change removal dates due to site

operational activities.

THIRD PARTY PICK UP

If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf the following information will need to be

provided before the goods can be released:

• Copy of your paid invoice
