WHY EXHIBIT AT NDTMA?NDTMA is comprised of owners and managers of NDT companies. With your Tabletop exhibit you will get the opportunity to show your company’s products to the major purchasing decision-makers in the NDT marketplace. You will have an opportunity to reach buyers of test, inspection, measurement and evaluation equipment and services. The Tuesday evening welcome party together with the Wednesday and Thursday luncheons and coffee breaks are designed to attract all conference attendees. Coupled with this, expanded exhibit hours allows you to spend the time you need to fully address potential buyer’s questions and, in many cases, close sales on site.

WHAT IS THE COST?If you are a NDTMA member, the cost is $1195. For non-members, the cost is $1895. Payment may be made by check or credit card.

WHAT DOES NDTMA PROVIDE FOR THIS EXHIBIT FEE?(1) Tabletop exhibit rental including 6’ wide exhibit space, (1) draped 6’ table with two chairs, (2) complimentary full conference registrations, a welcome reception and closing reception, two luncheons, mid-morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and substantial exhibit time during the conference to exhibit your products and network with customers — past, present and future. Electricity and other services are available separately. As an added benefit you will also have an opportunity to sharpen your business and professional skills from the managerial and technical programs of the NDTMA.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO DECIDE?Reserve your space now to make sure your company exhibits. Tables will be assigned based on date of receipt of fees and priority is given to sponsors. SPACES ARE LIMITED - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations on or after January 1 will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICYAll cancellations must be made in writing by January 1, 2021. Cancellations received by exhibitors on or after January 1, will not be refunded. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. NDTMA reserves the right to re-sell cancelled tabletops.

TABLETOP RULES and REGULATIONS1. Small items that can be completely contained on a 6’ table such as literature, small equipment or audio-

visuals that can be hand carried into the room are acceptable for display. No items may stand higher than 8’ from the floor. Exceptions may be made as space permits and at the sole discretion of NDTMA for display of complete & self-contained mobile lab facilities.

2. Except as noted above, nothing is permitted on the floor around the table. Backdrops and/or displays wider than 6’ or higher than 8’ are not permitted.

3. While security will be provided in the tabletop area on a 24 hour basis starting Tuesday evening, NDTMA is not responsible for any items left unattended on the tabletops overnight or otherwise. Be sure to remove all items at the published tear-down time.

4. Tabletop exhibits are open to all registered attendees of the NDTMA Annual Conference. Admission to the exhibit area without a valid conference registration badge is not permitted.

5. NDTMA has the right and permission to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or video from any NDTMA event in various printed or electronic publications, promotions or any other related endeavors.
