Training: Leadership Series
Participants: 21 supervisors and managers
Purpose: Enhance the skills of supervisors and managers to help the business operate more effectively and profitably
Format: Strengths Finder assessment followed by onsite monthly trainings and reinforced with in-box learning
Outcomes: Increased understanding of personal leadership style, and insight into areas of strength and opportunities to grow as a leader
LOCAL CLIENT
Training: Successful Supervision Series
Participants: 22 first time and front line managers
Purpose: Develop managers and supervisors to fill management positions vacated by retirees
Format: Onsite trainings twice a month for six months
Outcomes: Increased commitment to company, acquisition of new leadership skills and behaviors, and
implementation of identified improvements that will save the plant over $95,000 annually- three times the cost of the training
NATIONAL CLIENT
INTERNATIONAL CLIENT
Training: Autonomous Care
Participants: 46 front line operators
Purpose: Increase the skills of line operators to inspect,
troubleshoot, correct minor defects and reduce machine
downtime
Format: Onsite 36 hour intensive training events
Outcomes: Upon completion of the training events and implementation
of improvements developed by participants, GMCR Sumner
estimates that the plant will be able to produce 34 million
more K-cups a year, saving the company millions of dollars
