Aged 54, B.Com (Hons), LL.B, FCS, PGDBA. Consider myself as a result oriented professional and effective business enabler with over 30 years of professional experience, proven ability and effectiveness in legal, corporate governance, compliance, Internal Audit and secretarial domain. Prior to founding Medhaadvisors, a Business Consultancy and Advisory firm in October 2015, have been associated with some of the most respected MNC’s and Fortune 500 Companies & Indian Conglomerate in various capacities as Director, Group General Counsel, Head Of Legal, Intellectual Property , Company Secretary & Head Internal Audit/ Corporate Affairs during my overall Professional career. Involved with various Institutions in capacities as Chairman of the General Counsel Section of Indian National Bar Association INBA; Past President Indian Corporate Counsel Association, a professional organization for In -House Counsel; Co Chairman of Law & Justice Committee of PHDCCI, Member of Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA/India, Vice President – North of India International ADR Association. including good networking with Global Legal Professionals, Institutions & Law Firms .

I would be interested to explore opportunities with reputed companies / groups on the global path of growth looking at legal professional to navigate through this dynamic global legal and governance environment. Am presently based out of Delhi, India and working through my Think Tank Portal Medhaadvisors a Business Consultancy and Advisory firm as also enjoying quality time with family . Using this period effectively to give back to the country in a small way by providing my expertise to the various initiatives of the Government of India through various bodies mentioned above.
