The Interprofessional Student Hotspotting Learning Collaborative is an annual program

that trains interdisciplinary teams of students from schools around the country to apply a patient-

centered approach in working with individuals with complex medical and social needs.

PARTICIPATION

• Separate applications for each team

• First team: $4,000 fee

• Additional team: $2,000

• Travel costs for events

• One team member and one faculty member to attend kick off and wrap up event.

• It is recommended that schools provide student teams with a small budget for costs incurred as part of their work with patients

• Commit to 5-10 hours a week

The final deadline for applications is April 28th, 2017.
