SP LOGISTICS is a group concern started in the year 2004 to support and en-hance our services to our customers as an extended value chain. We provide reliable and cost effective transportation to our customers by both Road and Rails through our network of professional alliances with reputed fleet own-ers/authorized brokers and have handled reasonably good volumes with a turnover of around Rs.120 Crores.

Company History

SP COAL RESOURCES PVT LTD is an international trading company started by a group of professionals with hands on experience in trading and shipping of various dry bulk commodities through various ports in all over India. The company was incepted in the year 2004, further 2010 June first it’s turned to PVT LTD and has fairly grown to a stature to do business in marginal volumes of about 0.4 Million Tons per annum with a turnover of around Rs.120 Crores, primarily focusing in various industrial raw materials including energy products, minerals and metals.

PARTNERS CRUSH AND TEST EACH INDIVIDUAL COAL TO ENSURE THE CORRECT FINAL SPECIFICATION REQUIRED FOR EACH CONTRACT IS MAINTAINED AFTER CRUSHING

IF CONTRACT IS FOR BLENDED COAL WE CARRY OUT A TEST BLEND OF AROUND 1,000 MT TO ENSURE THE BLENDED RESULT OF THE 2 COALS MEET THE CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS. AFTER TEST RESULT WE THEN

BLENDED THE 2 QUANTITES NEEDED OF EACH COAL TO MEET THE CONTRACT SPECIFICATION. BLENDING IS CARREID OUT IN BATCHES OF APPROX 8,000 MT AND WE OBTAIN TEST RESULT OF EACH BATCH BEFORE

TRUCKING TO JETTY OF THE COAL IS ALLOWED WE ADJUST BLENDED QUANTITIES AS REQUIRED THROUGHTOUT CONTRACT FOR EACH BATCH BLENDING TO MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY

COAL IS TRANSPORTED TO JETTY BY TRUCKS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF SUCOFINDO AND S.P.COAL

PARTNERS TO ENSURE COAL QUANTITY AND QUALITY IS NOT CHANGED ALONGE ROUTE

COAL IS LOADED ON TO BARGES DIRECTLY CONTRACTED BY S.P.COAL PARTNER, ALWAYS MONITORED

BY SUCOFINDO AND S.P.COAL PARTNERS TESTING IS CAREED OUT OF EACH BARGE FROM THE COAL BEING LOADED ON TO CONVEYOR THAT DIRECTLY LOADS THE BARGES

WHEN BARGES LEAVE JETTY & SAIL TO MV MEMBERS OF S.P.COAL PARTNERS ALWAYS BE ON BOARD THE

BARGE/TUG TO ENSURE THAT THE COAL LOADED TO BARGE AT JETTY IS THE SAME COAL THAT ARRIVES AT THE MV

COAL IS UNLOADED FROM BARGES TO MV, EITHER BY USING CRANES AND GRABS OR BY A FLOATING CRANE STEVEDORES ARE DIRECTLY CONTRACTED BY CTI-GMM

SUCOFINDO TAKE REGULAR TEST SAMPLES FROM ALL BARGES AS THEY LOADED TO MV, THE BUYER THE OPTION TO EMPLOY A SECOND TESTING AGENCY ON THE MV AND A DUAL SAMPLE CAN BE TAKEN

FROM THE SAME PLACE SUCONFINDO TAKE THEIR SAMPLES EACH TIME, THE DUAL SAMPLE WILL BE BAGGED SEPERATELY FOR THE BUYER TESTING AGENCY TO REMOVE FROM MV
