Company Profile- Independent Furniture Contracts Ltd
Independent Furniture Contracts Ltd (IFC) has been established in East Anglia for over 15 years,
initially as a business partnership and then as a limited company.
A part of its success has been generated by its involvement with the USAF and local companies over
the last 15 years and we currently have working relationships with a number of these, regularly
securing a variety of furniture contracts along with day to day purchases for individual requirements.
As an example, we have in the last few years been awarded a number of large contracts for the Joint
Analysis Centre at RAF Molesworth, which have been successfully installed.

IFC have the support of large British manufacturers, from where we source the majority of the
furniture items we supply. We resist, where possible, the temptation to purchase alternatives from
outside the UK. This guarantees quality of product, continuity, and speedy response in the event of
an unlikely problem.

external signage and the internal entrance display provided to the

Miscellaneous With every installation there are miscellaneous items, which are provided from our library of
manufacturers covering, so far, every request made of us.
All the manufacturers that we use adhere to the relevant testing and British Standards required.
All products supplied would have a minimum of 5 years manufacturing warranty unless otherwise advised.

Molesworth
In 2008 IFC completed a project which we were very proud to be involved in, The Intelligence Fusion
Centre at RAF Molesworth.
Over a period of time we worked very closely with their project team, headed up by Jeff Malcolm
and we became a valued part of the team. Service and Flexibility were important contributions by
IFC to ensure we were able to accommodate the demanding requirements made to accommodate
such a high profile organisation.

Office Services Ltd. They have worked very closely with us during the Intelligence
Fusion Centre’s internal relocation and the installation of their new furniture and

Services Offered- All the projects awarded to IFC are treated with extreme care. We realise the
importance of them to the end user and to the future of IFC. When a contract is awarded to IFC we
visit the relevant site to discuss the project with the end user and contracting department to ensure
that all parties are satisfied with the products being supplied. The area for furnishing is measured in
detail and a 2D drawing is produced showing all relevant furniture items. 3D drawings and renders
are also provided where necessary.
The speed of the service is dependent on the required delivery date but attention to detail is always
high on the list of priorities.
