TWizard Module

Focuses the effort on ensuring initial quality of the service and

customer education with a cost-effective mobile app. This tool

emulates the customer experience by saving the most relevant

Wi-Fi quality parameters in as many rooms and spots as needed.

It presents a clear picture of the Wi-Fi experience assuring that

the best configuration is achieved on customer premises and

saving the data for further customer and/or CSR review.

Self Care Mobile Launchpad

Increases customer satisfaction by giving the end user visibility

and control of their network and services (including Cloud

Services) such as remembering the network wireless password

when adding a new device, changing SSID name or changing the

password. The operations mentioned before typically require

interaction with the call centers and account for a very large

number of their daily calls.

CSR Management Dashboard

Provides the Customer Support Representative (CSR) with

a holistic view of the devices/client connected to the

e-router and optimizes signal level, band & channel,

retransmission errors, device firmware, etc. when possible,

including predefined Wi-Fi key performance indicators

(Client Quality, RF Quality, Link Quality, and Device

Compliance).

SON Engine

Has a dedicated SON engine that gathers the ever-changing

situations of the wireless environments through periodic site

surveys, processes all that information, including the data from

the deployed devices in a certain area, and applies smart rules,

such as configuring neighbor devices in different channels and

reducing or increasing transmit power levels depending on the

RF environment of the house in order to achieve a Self-Optimi-

zing Network.
