Focuses the effort on ensuring initial quality of the service and
customer education with a cost-effective mobile app. This tool
emulates the customer experience by saving the most relevant
Wi-Fi quality parameters in as many rooms and spots as needed.
It presents a clear picture of the Wi-Fi experience assuring that
the best configuration is achieved on customer premises and
saving the data for further customer and/or CSR review.
Self Care Mobile Launchpad
Increases customer satisfaction by giving the end user visibility
and control of their network and services (including Cloud
Services) such as remembering the network wireless password
when adding a new device, changing SSID name or changing the
password. The operations mentioned before typically require

CSR Management Dashboard
