平素より格別のご高配を賜りまして，厚く御礼申し上げます． 季刊学術誌 International Review of Thrombosisは，循環器内科，血液内科，神経内科，血管外科などの，血栓症関連各領域における日米欧の最先端の専門医により編集委員会を組織し，血栓症に関する最新情報を国際的な視野から提供する“領域横断的”国際雑誌として，2006年4月の創刊以降約10年間にわたって発刊を続けてまいりました． ですが，本誌創刊当初以来の目的が達成されたことから，本号2015年12月号（通巻41号）をもって休刊させていただくことになりました． 本誌読者の皆様，編集委員の先生方，依頼原稿をご執筆下さった先生方，世界各国の国際学会開催都市で行われた座談会・対談へご出席くださった先生方をはじめ，本誌をご支援くださりました国内外のすべての方々に，改めて心より御礼申し上げます．本当にありがとうございました．

NOTICE TO READERS Discontinuance of Publication
Thank you very much for your continuous business. This quarterly scientific journal International Review of Thrombosis has been published for nearly 10 years since April 2006 as a ‘crossing multi-fields’ international journal with an editorial committee that consists of worldwide renown specialists in the thrombosis-related fields – namely, cardiology, hematology, neurology and vascular surgery. The principal aim of this journal has been to provide the most up-to-date topics on thrombosis from an international perspective to readers. However, since we have achieved a long-standing goal of this journal, it was decided to discontinue publication with this 41st issue on December 2015. Once again, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all readers, editorial committees, many doctors who kindly contributed to this journal by writing articles, participating in roundtables/interviews held in host cities of international conferences all around the world, and everyone who kindly supported this journal.
