I- Ok, tell me about yourself.R- Hi my name is_____ Im from Mexico City and I have ___ years old, I graduated from Culinary University of London and I have a degree in Mexican, Japanese, French and Italian cuisine.

I- ok, tell me how do you describe your personality?R- Im hardworking, responsible, I can handle challenges and I can work in team.

I- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?R- After I graduated, I worked in the Plazas hotel restaurant in New York as a customer service, also I worked 2 years as a manager chef in the restaurant kimono, the most prestigious Japanese restaurant in New York.

I- Thats very good, now describe your work style.R- I am very innovative, Ive created a lot of new dishes, mixing gastronomy of the world.

I- That is interesting, What type of work environment do you prefer?R- Well, I would rather a well organized team, who knows what position belogs to each of them, also Im looking for a good work atmosphere.

I- What can you contribute to this company?R- In all the places that ive worked, Ive renovated the environment work, making new menus, new dishes, and better relationships with the costumer, who are the most important thing in this industry.
