• Tsinghua University(清华大学)
Tsinghua University was established in 1911, originally under the name “Tsinghua Xuetang(清华学堂)”.The school was renamed “Tsinghua School” in 1912.The university section was founded in 1925.The name “National Tsinghua University” was adopted in 1928.

Four goals of my study in China
2. Lab life• I belonged to Shi lab(石京研究室) in the
department of civil engineering.
• Two PhD, three Master and six bachelor.
• Eight Chinese, two Pakistani, one Korean.
• On every Thursday, a seminar is held.
• Every member should do a presentation.
• Although I didn’t register any lecture, I attended some special lecture the department of civil opened(Belt and Road initiative. The earthquake. Concrete. Train skills….)

2. Lab life
• All master student have to submit at least one paper to a journal(requirement for graduate).
• Graduate students do own research from Monday to Sunday from early morning until midnight(They don’t have a holiday).
• The government of China provides around 2,500RMB(40,000JPY) per month for all graduate students.
• Even master students do own professor’s work as RA(salary is provided)

4. Message from me
• Once a week, air becomes worse (whole day, wearing a mask is needed).
• It is often reported in Japan that Chinese have bad manners. However, I think this will be changed soon(younger people usually have good manners and so kind).
• Shinzo Abe visited Beijing in October, 2018. He announced that this year(2019) is a year of interacting among younger people between Japan and China.
