Alta Software internet banking product is based upon .NET technology and uses AJAX framework.

The internet bank is a light-weight scalable solution open for further development and reflection of more and more complicated business processes. The solution won the Best B2B (Business to Business) Solution award at GITI (Georgian IT Innovations) Award in 2008.

The internet bank uses up-to-date security mechanisms to facilitate secure connection and prevent loss of information.

Additional security mechanisms like DigiPass or other similar technology can be easily integrated into the internet bank.

The internet bank has low hardware requirements both on bank and end user sides.

User friendly interface can be easily redesigned according to the bank needs (bank logo, etc).

Internet bank is a complete, easy-to-deploy and maintain solution offering flexible prices based upon the organization needs and scope of activities.

Upon the entry, the starting page is displayed. In the upper right corner the languages can be selected. At this moment the featured languages are Georgian and English.

For legal entities the fields to be filled in are the following:• Company Name• User Name• Password.

For physical entities the fields to be filled in are the following:• User Name• Password.

After filling in the above information the user can login by pressing the login button.

If the user enters internet bank for the first time and uses the password printed out in the bank, the system recommends to change password. The recommendation can also be displayed after a predefined period of time.

After the entry into internet bank, brief information on accounts and balance is displayed in the middle upper part of the home page, while last ten transactions are shown in the middle lower part of the window.

The left side drop-down menu consists of the four major panels: information, cards, operations, credits, deposits, administration. Each panel contains specific options related to the precise panel. The detailed functionality is displayed after clicking the appropriate panel.

The right side menu is arranged according to the last actions performed by the user. These actions could be: Accounts, Transfers, Transfer to Own Account, Transactions History.

The Accounts menu can be accessed by clicking the Information Panel (located in the left hand menu) and pressing Accounts.

The Accounts main window shows the account sub-type, currency and balance related information.

Additional information on accounts can be viewed by tagging the boxes located in the upper right hand part of the window (closed accounts and accounts with zero balance).

The Accounts information can be exported (by pressing the Export button in the upper right-hand part of the Accounts window) to various file formats by selecting the desired format in the below window:

After selecting the desired format, the user can either open the file or save it in the computer.

The Transactions History menu can be accessed by clicking the Information Panel (located in the left hand menu) and pressing Transactions History.

The Transactions History displays filtering parameters: Currency, Operation Type and Period. The user selects the desired currency from the Currency drop-down options, operation type from Operation Type drop-down options (memorial order, exchange, banks fee, transfer to own acc, transfer out, transfer in, cash deposit, cash withdrawal), then chooses the period and presses the Execute button.

After pressing the Execute button, desired transactions history is shown.

The Official Exchange Rates menu can be accessed by clicking the Information Panel (located in the left hand menu) and pressing Official Exchange Rates.

The Official Exchange Rates displays filtering parameters: Currency and Period. The user selects the desired currency from the Currency drop-down options, then chooses the period and presses the Execute button.

After pressing the Execute button, official exchange rates history of the desired currency (or all currencies) within selected time period is shown.

The Georgian Banks menu can be accessed by clicking the Information Panel (located in the left hand menu) and pressing Georgian Banks.

The list of Georgian Banks is displayed. The data on Georgian Banks can be exported to various file formats (see slides 15-17 for export details, the export mechanism is the same within internet bank).

The International Banks menu can be accessed by clicking the Information Panel (located in the left hand menu) and pressing International Banks.

Any international bank can be searched by the following parameters: Code, Country and Name. After filling in the parameters the Execute button should be pressed and the corresponding results are shown.

The list of International Banks is displayed. The data on International Banks can be exported to various file formats (see slides 15-17 for export details, the export mechanism is the same within internet bank).

The Currencies menu can be accessed by clicking the Information Panel (located in the left hand menu) and pressing Currencies.

The list of Currencies is displayed. If the list of currencies comprises several pages, the user can click rewind / forward button to scroll between pages. The data on currencies can be exported to various file formats (see slides 15-17 for export details, the export mechanism is the same within internet bank).

The Countries menu can be accessed by clicking the Information Panel (located in the left hand menu) and pressing Countries.

The list of Countries is displayed. If the list of countries comprises several pages, the user can click rewind / forward button to scroll between pages. The data on countries can be exported to various file formats (see slides 15-17 for export details, the export mechanism is the same within internet bank).

The Treasury Codes menu can be accessed by clicking the Information Panel (located in the left hand menu) and pressing Treasury.

The list of Treasury Codes is displayed. If the list of Treasury Codes comprises several pages, the user can click rewind / forward button to scroll between pages. The codes are arranged according to the state agencies and territorial distribution. The precise code is shown after clicking on the + button of the corresponding state agency and appropriate territorial unit. The data on countries can be exported to various file formats (see slides 8-10 for export details, the export mechanism is the same within internet bank).

Cards panel contains information on the plastic cards, their balances, transactions, blocked amounts, etc.

Cards panel consists of Card List menu, which can be accessed by clicking the Cards Panel (located in the right hand menu, below Information Panel).

After clicking on the Card List, the information on plastic cards is displayed. The user can see specific information on the selected card, print statement within the predefined period and export data to various formats (see slides 15-17 on data export. The statement can be made by clicking Statement button, selecting the card and time period and pressing the Execute button).

Operations Panel enables user to perform various actions on accounts.

Operations Panel consists of the following menus: Transfer to Own Accounts, Utility Payments, Purchase Mobile Deposit, Police Fine Payment, Treasury Transfers, Transfers, Partners, Templates, Current Orders and Orders History. The above menus can be accessed by clicking the Operations Panel (located in the right hand menu, below Cards Panel).

Transfer to Own Account menu can be accessed by clicking the Operations panel (located in the right hand menu, below the Cards panel) and then pressing Transfer to Own Account menu. The following window is displayed:

Select the account from which the transfer should be performed from the “From Account” drop-down menu.

Select the account to which the transfer should be performed from the “To Account” drop-down menu.

Enter the amount to be transferred in the “Amount” field.

Fill in details or comments (if any) in the “Details” field.

Enter document number (or leave blank - the number is assigned by the bank automatically) and press “Next” button.

If the accounts are in different currencies, the amount can be filled in any currency (the second field is automatically calculated according to the bank exchange rate and filled in after clicking on the field; the exchange rate is displayed below the “Amount” fields.

For the description of other fields, see slide 33.

To finalize the operation, press the “Next” button.

After pressing the “Next” button the operation is shown with the filled in fields for additional review.

If modifications are required, press the “Previous” button and edit the desired information.

If the operation summary is satisfactory, press the “Finish” button.

After finalizing the transfer between personal accounts, the operation is moved to “Current Orders” and the corresponding notification is displayed.

The finalized operation (moved to “Current Orders”) can be viewed, authorized, retried or deleted from the “Current Orders” menu by clicking the corresponding buttons located in the upper middle part of the “Current Orders” window.

The status of the operation is shown in the “Current Orders” window.

Utility Payments menu can be accessed by clicking the Operations panel (located in the right hand menu, below the Cards panel) and then pressing Utility Payments menu. The following window is displayed:

The account from which the payment should be conducted is selected from “From Account” drop-down menu.

The payee Service Provider is selected from the “Company Name” drop-down menu.

After selecting the Provider, corresponding fees and commissions are displayed and chosen from the “Company Charges” drop-down menu.

Unique identifier of the Service Provider client (subscriber number, etc) could also be filled in.

The system can automatically calculate the arrear or the amount is filled in the “Amount” field manually. The fee (commission charged by bank for this type of transfer) is calculated.

The following confirmation steps are identical to those described in slides 33, 37-39.

Purchase Mobile Deposit menu can be accessed by clicking the Operations panel (located in the right hand menu, below the Cards panel) and then pressing Purchase Mobile Deposit. The following window is displayed:

The cell phone service provider is selected form “Mobile Operator Code” drop-down menu.

The mobile phone number is entered in “Phone Number” field.

Police Fine Payment menu can be accessed by clicking the Operations panel (located in the right hand menu, below the Cards panel) and then pressing Police Fine Payment. The following window is displayed:

The account from which the payment should be conducted is selected from “From Account” drop-down menu.

The administrative violation (base for fine) is selected from the “Select Administrative Violation Article…” drop-down menu.

Other fields depend on the legislation of the country.

The amount is filled in the “Amount” field. The details are filled in (or automatically

distributed) in the “Details” field. Additional information can be entered in the “Extra

Info” field. The following confirmation steps are identical to

those described in slides 33, 37-39.

Treasury Transfer menu can be accessed by clicking the Operations panel (located in the right hand menu, below the Cards panel) and then pressing Treasury Transfer. The following window is displayed:

Treasury Code is entered in the “Treasury Code” field or selected by clicking the “Assembly Treasury Code” menu.

Transfers menu can be accessed by clicking the Operations panel (located in the right hand menu, below the Cards panel) and then pressing Transfers. The following window is displayed:

The Transfers options feature the following operations: Transfer within the Bank Branches, Transfer to Other Bank (in National Currency), Transfer to Other Bank (in Foreign Currency) and Templates (transfer by saved templates).

Beneficiary Bank details are filled in (if the partner list is predetermined, the partner bank can be selected by clicking the “Partner” button in the middle right part of the window). The code can also be selected by pressing the “…” button.

The Partner menu comprises the list of partners and related information on partners.

The Templates menu consists of the saved templates.

The Current Orders menu shows the finalized operations, which have not been completed on the bank side. The status of the specific operation and other options (view, edit, delete, etc) are shown.

The Order History contains the information on the operations authorized and performed on the bank side. The history can be arranged according to the desired period of time (see slides 19-20 for the details on arranging the data according to the desired periods of time). The history can also be exported to various formats (see slides 15-17 for the export details).

The Credits Panel is located below the Operations panel. It consists of the following menus: Current Credits, Payment Schedule, Debt Calculation, Credit Repayment, Payments History, Credits History, Loan Application.

Information on the ongoing credits is displayed by selecting the “Current Credits” from the “Credits” Panel.

“Payment Schedule” shows the agreed schedule according to loans.

The current debt can be calculated using “Debt Calculation” menu.

Loan repayment can be conducted from the “Credits” panel by pressing “Credit Repayment”. The following window is displayed:

After selecting the loan from the “Select Loan” drop-down menu, the relevant loan information is displayed.

The fields – Product, Agreement Number, Starting Balance, Current Balance and Interest Rate are automatically filled in.

Payment Date is the date of clicking on the form by default.

Payments History is arranged according to loans. The loan is selected from the Loan drop-down menu and related information appears.

Credits History shows the credit history of the user. The information can be sorted within the desired period of time (see slides 19-20 on arranging information according to the desired period of time issues).

If the bank allows the user can fill in the Loan Application and send it to the bank for review.

The Loan Application can be accessed from the “Credits” panel by pressing Loan Application.

Deposit Statement menu features statements and reporting according to specific deposits. The deposit is selected from the “Deposits” drop-down menu.

After selecting the desired deposit, the following information is displayed: Open Date, Deposit Type, Agreement, Account, Deposit Amount, Interest Rate.

The generated statement can be exported in various file formats. See Slides 15-17 for export details.

The “Administration” Panel is located below “Deposits” Panel.

Administration comprises the following: Change Password, Add/Edit User, Send Message, Received Messages, Sent Messages and Home Page.

In the three lower fields the user types the old password, the new one, confirms the new password and presses the “Complete” button. The password is changed upon the next entry into the system.

The username is assigned by the bank and cannot be changed by a user. The user needs to contact and negotiate with the bank, if he / she wishes to change username.

The “Add/Edit User” menu features the following functions: View, Edit User, Add User and Change Password.

By pressing the “View” button the details of the user are displayed.

By pressing the “Edit User” button a modification window is displayed with three panels: Information, Rights and Accounts.
