Educational ProgrammeThe programme is comprised of classroom experienceand practical training aimed at developing and con-solidating the business, linguistic and cultural skills ofthe candidates.
Classroom modules:❚ The core foundation modules are aimed at esta-blishing a common knowledge base for all participants,to counteract any differences in academic background. ❚ The focus modules are designed to explore spe-cialised topics in greater detail. The programme is or-ganised thematically, using a multidisciplinary approach.
Beyond the classroom: Field Projects andInternships These represent essential components of the training pro-gramme, offering the opportunity to meet and train withprofessionals in a real business environment, thereby sup-plementing and completing the classroom experience.Each field project is:
❚ Commissioned by a specific company and coordi-nated by a member of the academic team❚ A combination of theory and real managementpractice❚ A team project❚ Carried out between June and November and cul-minates in a presentation and discussion of the projectin the presence of company representatives.Internships:
❚ These take place in the Human Resources departmentsof leading national and international companies.❚ The course management team oversees the consi-stency and relevance of the content of the internshipin order to ensure that it supports areas of specialisationwithin the diploma.❚ Dedicated support is provided to students throu-ghout the whole process of identification, selection,placement and tutoring.❚ Support is also available from the Internship andPlacement Service of the University.❚ The internship has a minimum duration of 3 months,and begins between July and October.
