Working in close collaboration with Ecolab, Jackson-Shaw developed an optimum building solution within the scope of operational requirements defined by Ecolab within Jacksonville International Tradeport.

In order to ensure a smooth transition, Jackson-Shaw agreed to an ambitious construction schedule. By close cooperation with construction partners, Jackson-Shaw managed not only to meet the schedule but also delivered the building seven (7) weeks before agreed date and under budget

Offering an ideal location , Ecolab again approached Jackson-Shaw at groundbreaking on the adjacent 54,000 spec. building, creating a 2-building, 181,000 SF, campus in Jacksonville International Tradeport.
