PREMISES IN A CLEAN, ORDERLY CONDITION.
31. THE DIVISION 23 CONTRACTOR SHALL OPERATE THE SYSTEM AND
DEMONSTRATE ALL ASPECTS TO THE ENGINEER AND/OR OWNER, TO PROVE
ITS OPERATION. ALL FILTERS USED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE
REPLACED PRIOR TO THE TEST RUN PERIOD.
32. THE DIVISION 23 CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE THE HVAC SYSTEM FOR A
PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION.
33. THE DIVISION 23 CONTRACTOR SHALL, DURING CONSTRUCTION, MAINTAIN A
SET OF AS-BUILT REDLINED RECORD DRAWINGS AT THE PROJECT SITE. ALL
CHANGES IN LAYOUT, ROUTING, EQUIPMENT, COMPONENTS, AND
ACCESSORIES SHALL BE RECORDED. THESE REDLINES SHALL BE GIVEN TO
THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER AFTER THE FINAL INSPECTION
