• In Sabarkantha, out of 684 villages,

survey complete in 195 villages and in

progress in 151 villages

• 29 per cent villages and 32 per cent

household survey is completed.

PRESENT STATUS

• Intensive Analytics thru dimensional modelling

- Allows detailed ‘what if ’ and other forms of analysis helping early identification of trends and acute problem areas

• Data available online for in-depth analysis @ village, taluka, district, state and national level

• Comparison and rating amongst villages, talukas, districts & states

• Link with ATVT

GAP/TREND ANALYSIS

• This will give us the sectors and areas to focus on the development projects resulting in improving the standard of life of people and balanced development.

• Cluster Officers will be provided with the Flower Pattern and they will suggest the works for ATVT.

LINK WITH ATVT

• Involve one dedicated student volunteer

• Use ‘Bharat Nirman’ volunteers

• Bring in ‘Outside’ volunteers who are willing to spend at least 3 months full time in village

• Primary Objective of volunteers is to act as motivators, facilitators and coordinators

VILLAGE VOLUNTEER FORCE

• Identify intended/plausible beneficiaries

• Classify them based on their ‘educational’ requirements

• Design loosely structured programs for each such group

Several local language speaking volunteers are willing to provide some time on a weekly basis from remote. They shall contribute towards this capacity building and to some extent environment building activity

• Provide continuous motivation

• ‘Soil Preparation’ – prepare better and more receptive citizens
