The color register in multicolor printing is the position match of the seperated colors relative to another.

What is the register ?

A register control system is needed to maintain the color register in the machine. Therefore each printing couple prints an additional information e.g. a printing mark. This printing mark is the basis for the register control system.

  The closed control loop is realized in a SIMOTION Control Unit.

  The integrated implementation is superior to existing systems.

  The camera is directly connected to the Simotion controller.   The register controller are interconnected by the

drive bus system.
