A. Manage natural water and flood flows for public safety, water supply, storage, recharge and natural resource managementB. Meet demands for beneficial uses, including agriculture, municipal and environmental resource needs within the IRWM Region.C. Maximize water use efficiency.D. Protect and improve water quality for beneficial uses, consistent with the Basin Plan.E. Sustain and protect groundwater conditions within the Region.F.
