The Unified Emergency Communication System for Effective Operations

Under normal circumstances the VA system can serve as a public address system, playing advertisements, background music and timed message announcements.

In emergency situations, however, the solution is an essential tool to conduct fast and controlled evacuations, giving instructions and reducing panic.

Commend Central Control Desks and Emergency Call Points provide operators with confidence and an intuitve, familiar and easy-to-use operating interface.

EvaQ Voice Alarm System

– EvaQ is a certified Voice Alarm Evacuation System. A typical EvaQ Mini system consists of 4 different components:

– Wall mount control unit with integrated amplifiers and build in power supply – Control panel(s) – End of line units or isolators – Loudspeakers

– The EvaQ mini wall mount cabinet contains all the intelligence needed to drive the Voice Alarm System. It is the technological hub of the EvaQ Mini system setup and contains the primary power supply. Audio sources, control panels and smart interfaces can be linked directly to the wall mount cabinet.

Commend Security Control Systems

– Compliant to BS 5839 pt 9 and to meet with BS 9999 – Code of Practice for Fire Safety In The Design – Digital 2-wire technology – Crystal clear speech quality up to 16 kHz for optimum intelligibility – Speak / Listen function as standard – Fault monitoring of microphones and speakers – Electronic fault monitoring of hardware and cabling – Adjustable microphone sensitivity – Available in both type ‘A’ (handset) and type ‘B’ (hands-free) outstations as per BS 5839 pt 9 – Master Stations with tri-colour LED buttons or LCD display – Connection for suitable Induction Loop Amplifiers

Commend Studio visualisation software package – Solution-specific instructions and information shown on a well-structured user interface – Integration support for a unlimited number of surveillance sites – Call buttons for additional Intercom or telephone contacts – Playback of pre-recorded warning messages or live announcements at a click of the mouse

Software Intercom Client for mobile devices – Instant control of Intercom functionality the way you’re used to – Basic module, video

module and direct dialling buttons conform to the hardware design of Commend’s range of classic desktop stations.
