Multi-Spectral Lab-on-ForkSealed Prototype with Identical Architecture and Information Processing

Lab-on-Fork was conceived for this, changing the optical/NIR spec-troscopy from transmitted/scattered to reflected light measurement

Lab-on-Spoon is fine for liquid food/ingredients But solid food, e.g., meat, fish, vegetables, or fruit,

and granular/ powdery food, e.g. tea, coffee, or spices, have to be checked, too
