EXTRA ACTIVITIES

interest. The IOF-PC has maintained a good football ground, basketball and

volleyball courts, lawn tennis and table tennis courts, badminton court, etc.

FIELD EXCURSIONS & TOURS PRACTICES

ET The IOF-PC has been conducting field excursions of all the practical courses in each

semester of Bachelor and Master levels. Mostly, the field excursions are conducted

in relevant sites of Kaski and its neighboring districts. The importance of field

excursions includes giving students the chance to build closer bonds with their

classmates, experience new environments and enjoy a day away from the classroom.

Similarly, there are different educational tours and field practices for the students of

IOF-PC every year. These educational tours and field practices are executed in various

places of Nepal and India. These kinds of essential programs of IOF-PC help students

to learn through visual experience and can be an interesting way to explore new

things in a practical and interesting manner. The tours and field practices motivate

the students to have interest in learning. The basic reason for educating students is

to let them know more and dig deep into many concepts and explore them that

cannot be fulfilled only with the help of books and classroom learning.
