Dear Stagecoach,I wish to let you know about the brilliant bus driver who helped us whilst on holiday in the Lake District. We boarded the bus at Keswick and wanted to get off at Bassenthwaite. We were unsure what would be the best route. The driver used his map on his telephone to locate where we were staying, to enable him to let us know which was the best stop to get off. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very polite and friendly and a pleasure to meet. He drove the bus with great care – fantastic. Please would you thank him from us as we arrived at our accommodation with ease. There are many complaints and negativity in today’s world, therefore felt I had to write a compliment. Other bus drivers could follow his example.
