Interactive Retirement Savings Tool Gives Participants ControlOur interactive Retirement Savings Tool3 is integrated into our Participant Website. It provides the participant with his or her projected retirement status based on his or her current contribution rate, annual compensation, and account balance. The calculation uses default values for retirement age, years in retirement, and income replacement percentage. The participant can change these values to see the effect on their retirement savings immediately. Quick tips are available by clicking on the question marks.

Once the participant begins to adjust their monthly contribution, the page will show different text and have a link to the contribution election page. This tool is designed to help participants understand what they can do to improve their retirement outcomes.
