HM 990 Mobile Container Lifter for small containers – model 2010– safe, simple handling– lifting, lowering, transporting

Lifters hold small containers at just the right ergonomic height. The general-purpose liftersare an excellent solution for production, installation, repair and many other applications.

They eliminate fatigue in the workplace and are a very useful piece of equipment at manyworkstations.

The HM 990 lifter has an automatic mechanical drive system which completely eliminatesany dependency on external power sources.

These lifters come with smooth-running swivel castors and ergonomic handles, making iteasy to move them to the point of use. Automatic weight-dependent adjustment ensures anergonomic workflow.

The lifters are mounted on castors with locking brakes, so that they can easily be movedfrom one place to another. 3- and 4-wheel versions are available.

A crank is used to adjust the auto-mechanical drive via a spindle. See the adjustment dia-gram for guidelines.

HM 990 Mobile Container Lifter – model 2010

A set of pre-tensioned steel springs provides drive powerwhich is transferred to the platform via a roller system. High-quality, rugged design ensures trouble-free operationwith zero maintenance.

Completely enclosed for added safety. Ergonomic handlesmake the lifter easy to move. Removable retaining stripssecure the load on the platform.

HP 200 / HP 250 / HP 300 / HP 500 lifters are designed to handle dollies andsingle containers. Primarily designed for small (parts) containers, carts,mesh baskets, etc.

Material is held at an ergonomic height where it is easy to reach, eliminatingfatigue and reducing back stress. Wheels with locking brakes are availableas an option so that you can use the lifters anywhere you need them.

A joystick with dead man’s function is located at the top for continuousadjustment of the working height. Users can easily set the working andaccess height to suit their individual needs.

The pneumatic drive valve system complies with the latest safety standards.The load carrier is fixed securely in place even if a hose ruptures.

Optimal solutions for material handling systems, roller conveyors, machineworkpiece delivery, dispatch picking operations and much more.

Designed for loads between 1,000 and 2,000 kg. Effortless lifting, loweringand positioning of containers and flat pallets.

Pallets and containers are placed on the lift with a manual forklift truck. Acompact, electro-hydraulic drive raises and lowers the load to any heightwithin the operating range. Because the lifters are bolted to the floor, thereare no protruding edges and the walking space underneath is totally unob-structed.

The drive is built right into the lifter, eliminating the risk of tripping overhydraulic lines, control cables, etc.

The height on the HE pallet lifter can be continuously adjusted to any posi-tion. Lifting motion is provided by an electro-hydraulic drive unit. A controlswitch is provided for height adjustment.

The HE pallet lifter is designed for heavy-duty use. The load pick-ups(including special load carriers) are attached to the base unit (frame, liftingskid and drive unit).

The lifters can also be configured for loading from the side. The roller bea-rings are generously dimensioned. All of the drive elements are made ofhigh-quality materials. Durability is a major feature of the rugged, mainten-ance-friendly design.

Control: operator presence control (dead man's circuit) with manual push-button switch. Travel limit switches. Includes hose rupture safety valve toprevent uncontrolled lowering if a hose ruptures.

NHE 304/305 Mobile Lift and Tilt Stands for StandardContainers – electro-hydraulic drive

Mobile container lift and tilt stands are used to deliver material to machinessuch as presses and punches, increasing the efficiency of assembly work-stations. The stands are compatible with all commonly-used standard con-tainers and pallets.

They have swivelling wheels with locking brakes which makes it easy tomove them to the place where they are needed. Containers can be loadedonto the lifts and moved without the need for a forklift or hand pallet truck.

The stands can lift and tilt containers depending on the version. They comewith either a hand-operated hydraulic pump or an electro-hydraulic system.

These autonomous lift and tilt stands make work much easier. They arecompletely independent of other material handling systems, and they are asignificant productivity enhancement.

This version features continuous height and tilt adjustment of the load pick-up. Pushbutton switches are provided to control the electro-hydraulic dri-ve without interrupting the workflow. The lift and tilt stands make work a loteasier in industrial production environments.

During a power failure, the load pick-up remains in the selected position.They also have an emergency lowering feature. A safety valve or throttleprevents uncontrolled lowering in case a hose ruptures. The motor has athermal protection switch. A pressure relief valve prevents hydraulic systemoverload.

All electro-hydraulic versions are fitted with sensor-controlled safetycontact strips.

The HNE 1000 / HNE 2000 lift and tilt stands for containers streamline theworkflow by providing convenient access to parts or material bins in pro-duction and assembly areas. Containers can be placed onto the standswith a hand pallet truck or forklift truck. They can then be raised 600 mmand tilted 45° to one or both sides.

For safety reasons, the tilted load pick-up can only be lowered to a definedminimum level.

Safety features include the controller (electronic monitoring of load pick-upposition limits), a pressure control valve, and hose rupture protection whichprevents uncontrolled lowering if a hose is damaged. The base and func-tional subassemblies are very rugged. They are designed for long servicelife and a high number of load cycles.

quality suppliers using high-grade materials- hydraulic cylinder with long piston bearings and hard chrome plated

These stands save a lot of effort at any workstation where items have to belifted and tilted and space is at a premium. As you can see from the illust-rations, workers can maintain a comfortable body position when they reachfor parts at the very bottom of the container without straining their backs.

The front section of the stand containing the lifting and tilting subsystem isvery narrow. Even at minimum tilt, the user is standing next to the frontedge of the container. The cover was designed to optimise walk-in space.

Front or side loading depending on customer preference. 300 mm travelheight, max. 90° tilt. Great versatility for ergonomic workstation design.

The mobile container tilters are used to deliver material to machines such aspresses and punches, increasing assembly workstation efficiency. Container tilters increase the efficiency of parts delivery to production machines, presses, pun-ches, etc. The material is held in the most convenient position. The user can access the partsquickly and safely with minimum fatigue. Different types of tilt mechanisms are available:

The tilt angle can be readjusted at any time to compensate for the quantity of items left in thecontainer. The tilters avoid back strain and back pain. This functionality makes the containertilters very versatile.

The tilters can be easily moved with a forklift or hand pallet truck. The hand-hydraulic versionis immediately ready for use without any need for an external power source.

Container tilters can enhance the ergonomic design of many industrial workstations, and theyalso make production more cost effective. The containers can be placed onto the tilters from3 sides with a forklift truck or powered pallet truck.

NH 324, NH 326, NH 327, NH 328Hand-hydraulic tilters can be used anywhere without the need for an external power source.Feet on the bottom flange can be adjusted to change the working height. The tilters can bemounted on castors with locking brakes (accessory), so that they can be moved at any time.

The optimal tilt angle depends on the amount of material left in the container, and it can bechanged with minimal pumping action. The pump can be right or left mounted. The user pres-ses a button on the pump handle to lower the container.

The tilter complies with the latest stringent safety standards. A hose rupture safety valve pre-vents uncontrolled lowering if a hose is damaged. Safety skirting made of telescopic sheetmetal elements is provided as standard equipment to protect the user.

The NE container tilter with electro-hydraulic drive is a user-friendly material handling solutionfor industrial production environments. A pushbutton is provided for continuous tilt adjust-ment at any time. The table remains in the selected position during a power failure. A safetyvalve or throttle prevents uncontrolled lowering if a hose is damaged. The motor has a ther-mal protection switch. A pressure relief valve prevents hydraulic system overload. A safetyguard adds an extra margin of safety. The tilter comes with an inspection hatch as standardequipment.

The containers can be placed onto the tilters from 3 sides with a forklift truck or work saver.The rugged container tilter is easy to operate and requires minimum maintenance. The NEcontainer tilter is an attractively-priced solution for ergonomic workstation design and it alsohelps reduce cost.

Containers tilters facilitate parts delivery to production machines, presses, punches, etc. Thematerial container is held in the most convenient position, so that the user can access theitems quickly and safely with minimum fatigue. Tilters with a high pivot point (304 ff series) pro-vide vertical travel.

This functionality makes the container tilters very versatile. Besides, they can be easily movedwith a forklift or hand pallet truck. Once the tilters are in place and have been attached to thecompressed air or electricity supply, they are ready to use. The hand-hydraulic version is thesolution of choice where no external power source is available.

The hydro-pneumatically powered NPX container tilter features the same design as the NEseries and is used primarily in explosion hazard zones (Ex protection / ATEX directives). The drive is fully integrated into the platform, eliminating any trip hazards.

NE 250 Stationary Container Tilters– electro-hydraulic drive

The NE 250 is designed to handle all types and sizes ofcontainers, especially large containers such as mesh bas-kets plus a wide range of standardised large containersused in the manufacturing industry.

The labour-saving ergonomic tilters reduce the amount ofeffort involved in delivering material to machine and assem-bly workstations. Containers are placed on the tilter with apallet truck or forklift truck.

The compact tilters take up minimal space and can be pla-ced right next to each other. They only take up slightly moreroom than the container itself. An electro-hydraulic driveprovides tilting motion.

The load pick-up can be tilted continuously up to 90°, andany angle can be selected. Tilting can be restricted if verydelicate parts must not be allowed to contact each other.

Due to the excellent ergonomic design, operators haveeasy access to the parts and can remove them withoutbending over or straining their backs. Even parts in the verybottom of the container are within easy reach.

Scissor-lift tables have become an indispensable accessory in today’s pro-duction environment. The tables are very versatile, and can be used for

To meet the broad requirements spectrum, a range of very user-friendly ver-sions is available with electro-hydraulic or hand-hydraulic drive. Experien-ce shows that the size, drive subsystem, load capacity and controls on alarge scissor-lift table have to be tailored to the user’s specific needs. Plea-se refer to the dimensions table for standard sizes. The tables have a num-ber of safety features. They are designed for easy handling, long service lifeand maximum safety.

Scissor-lift tables are industrially manufactured. They can be designed andbuilt to customer specification. A sturdy frame ensures good stability. Thescissors are made of high-grade steel (rods, plates and hollow section pro-files).

The tables are equipped with maintenance-free journal bearings. The travelrange is restricted both by electrical control (limit switch) and a mechanicalstop on the cylinder. Self-aligning (“floating”) journal bearings. Cylinder withlong piston bearings, hard chrome-plated piston rod; end position dampingon request.

Operating voltage options: 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Hydraulic pump with spheri-cal seat valve, pressure limiting valve, oil flow limiting valve (hose ruptureprotection). The versatile, durable new Ventzki LC self-tipping container isthe ideal solution for transporting and storing material within thefactory grounds. Loads up to 2,500 kg (1,200 l) can be safely andefficiently transported, tipped or emptied with the aid of a forklifttruck.

Fast, easy forklift access underneath the new pallet frame made oflight-weight, torsion-resistant U- and L-sections (access width 720mm). No cumbersome setup and alignment.

The load centre of gravity is 400 mm in front of the container’s rearwall. The container is fully secured during tipping. Retaining rails hold the container securely on the fork so that it can-not shift forwards. A chain and locking bar help secure the loadduring transport.

The self-tipping container is easy to handle, safe to operate andmaintenance-free. It fits any forklift and is suitable for any type ofbulk material. Retaining rails keep the container in place during tip-ping.

All containers have oil-tight welds up to the top edge and are 100%tested for leaks in the semi-finished state.

The large range of useful accessories includes skates and a hin-ged cover.

These aluminium crane systems are notable in particular for their optimalergonomic handling characteristics and exceptionally smooth running. Allcomponents were developed with special attention to optimising the run-ning characteristics of the crane systems. Compared to standard overheadconveyor systems, operators therefore need only a third of the pulling powerto move loads. Another advantage of the easy running system is that thetravelling gears make far less noise.

Systems can be realised at short notice thanks to a well conceived modularsystem based on light-weight components which are compatible with eachother. Easy system planning with CAD and short delivery times mean thatprojects can be quickly implemented, including installation and commissio-ning by our technicians if required.

Made from extruded aluminium sections with a natural-coloured anodisedsurface. Configured and calculated on the basis of the applicable standards– DIN 4132 (craneways), DIN 15018 (cranes) and DIN 18800 Part 1 (designand construction) – and in accordance with the latest EU machinery direc-tives 2006/42/EC.

Diverse options are available to meet individual needs, e.g. electric driveunits, choice of lifting gear (with manual or electric drive), rigid or angularsuspensions, different methods of power supply (flat or round cable, inter-nal or external cable carriers, spiral hose or energy chain).

V‐ZTK Double‐Girder Crane

The double‐girder crane is the solution for transporting large loads over wideareas. Using two crane bridges in a parallel arrangement with chain hoistholders in between results in an even distribution of the load and a higherhook height of the chain hoist.

V‐ETKA and V‐ZTKA Single‐ and Double‐Girder Cranes,Stooled‐Up

Stooled‐up single‐ and double‐girder cranes are characterised by a very lowoverall height of the system and therefore optimal utilisation of the roomheight. The stooled‐up version is also suitable for the type V‐ETKAT teles-copic crane.

V‐ETKAT Telescopic Crane

The type VPL vacuum tube lifter from VENTZKI is a self-contained systemand requires no additional safety devices such as electrical warningsystems, etc.

Coordination of the vacuum tube with the contact surfaces ensures that theloads are held securely enough on the suction foot even if the electric powersupply fails.

In such cases an integrated non-return valve ensures the safe and control-led lowering of loads to the floor before they are released from the suctionfoot.

The VENTZKI VVH vacuum lifter is the ideal handling device for loading material into sheet metal fabrication machines and for picking or storage/retrievalof all dense sheet-like materials. The sophisticated modular VVH vacuum lifter can be tailored to nearly any customer preference. It is designed to makeparts handling extremely simple and safe.

VENTZKI VSTA manipulators are designed to handle and stack/destackloads up to 250 kg with moments up to 2,000 Nm. The maximum lift rangeof this device is 4 m.

A sensitive joystick can be used for synchronous lift speed control. When mounted to a wall console, the VSTA may be used as a stacking station. When it is mounted on aluminium rails with a smooth-running driveunit, the manipulator becomes an ideal storage and retrieval system.

Aluminium Cranes with Swan-Neck Jibs

Versions with a swan-neck jib enhance the VENTZKI family of aluminium crane systems, providing a range of flexible and versatile solutions. The cranescan be attached to a pillar or wall bracket, or they can be mounted on an aluminium profile and rail system.

The portfolio also includes a large range of standard grippers and accessories. The swan-neck jib cranes have a load capacity of up to 250 kg and a stan-dardised working range of up to 5 m for slewing crane systems, and they are suitable for any requirements profile or environment.

The jibs are based on our crane system aluminium sections, and a large range of accessories is available. The cranes are compatible with a wide selec-tion of attachments, giving them great flexibility to meet the needs of the particular application. The aluminium sections are anodised and maintenance-free.

Some versions in the swan-neck jib series are fitted with a built-in chain hoisting mechanism, which is mounted at the end of the outer arm, reducing hand-ling forces and extending the operating range of the lift axis.

Installation:The bolt mounting must be designed for a tensile load of 4.2 kN / bolt.

A high-quality underfoot surface enhances the design of your workstati-ons. The gratings are available in sky blue, grey or anthracite grey. An indu-strial cleaning agent (concentrate) can also be supplied on request toremove contaminants such as coolants, lubricants, etc.

We supply high-quality floor gratings as a useful accessory for our hand-ling systems to provide an optimal surface for standing and walking on.The flooring at a production workstation has to be specially designed toprovide a good underfoot surface. Similar to today’s indoor sport centres,the flooring has to ensure good footing without putting a strain on the mus-culoskeletal system.

VENTZKI floor grating offers all of the following features:

• Easy turning on the balls of the feet reduces strain on knees and ankles.• The flooring permits small vibrations. It has good biomechanical pro-

perties, because it is elastic rather than soft. Walking and standing takesless effort, reducing workplace fatigue.

• The flooring acts as a heat insulator, keeping feet and legs warm andpreventing workers from catching a cold.

• The grating is coated with nearly 2 mm of plastic which is made prima-rily of polyolefins (PO) with natural additives. It is ideal for indoor instal-lation.

• The floor grating is anti-static and suitable for food processing areas,and it complies with current environmental standards. No formaldehyde,halogen or CFC compounds are used. No disposal problems have beenassociated with the materials up to now.

• Excellent resistance to constant mechanical and chemical stress due tothe sandwich design.. Resistant to oil, grease and alkaline solutions aswell as most solvents.

• The surface of the gratings does not absorb oil or other fluids, so thereare no permanent chemical vapour emissions.

Inspection and Repair Service

Safety is a number one requirement in any kind of work, especially when using plantsand machinery such as e.g. lifters and tilters.

For this reason, all of our products are routinely subjected to final inspection andtesting including a load test before they are released for shipment. As visible proof ofthese measures, the machines come with an inspection sticker that also specifies thefollow-up inspection date.

Based on the internal acceptance report, a test certificate is drawn up and issued tothe user as evidence for the successful completion of the factory acceptance test. Itis also to be used for documentation of the follow-up inspections that have to be car-ried out at regular intervals.

The law (BGR 500, rule no. 500 of the employers’ liability insurance association) requi-res these inspections to be performed at least once a year. As customers often lackthe technical and organizational resources needed to carry out these safety-relatedchecks competently and in due time, our experienced and well-trained technical staff(“competent persons” in the meaning of the BGR) are ready to support you, takingover a large part of this responsibility and sparing you most of the work involved.

So if you opt for a maintenance contract, you just need to make the equipment in que-stion available on the agreed date of inspection. We guarantee very low down-timesalong with absolutely reliable performance of all the checks and tests involved.We are prepared to check equipment of any make – please feel free to get in touchwith us so we can discuss and schedule your inspection needs together.

We also offer our customers acceptance testing by, and expert opinions from, exter-nal testing institutes or specially qualified technical experts (e.g. authorized by theGerman employers’ liability insurance association).

1882Civil engineer August Ventzki founded “Ventzki Pflugbau”, aplough-building firm based in Graudenz near Danzig (nowPolish territory, formerly West Prussia), specialising in the development and manufacture of steam ploughs or “steamplough locomotives”.

1907Foundation of a branch business building ploughs and otheragricultural machinery in Eislingen/Fils (South Germany), withtake-over of Straub & Co. in Göppingen, a harrow factory thatsubsequently manufactured agricultural machinery, tractorploughs and attachments, and equipment of all kinds.

1921The son of the founder, Rudolf Ventzki, joined the Eislingenbranch operation as a general manager. As the main factory inGraudenz was lost to Poland due to the Treaty of Versailles, thefirm was refounded in Stolp (Pomerania). However, steamplough production was discontinued and the new location alsofocused on the manufacture of agricultural machinery, tractorploughs and other tractor-drawn equipment.

1945After World War II, the large operation in Graudenz was lost asecond time, and with it the Stolp factory, so the only businessleft was the Eislingen factory. The two sons of Rudolf Ventzkijoined the management during the post-war years. The chal-lenge was to fill the gap created by the war in the supply of agri-cultural machinery. Numerous new developments played a vital role in the mechanisation of soil cultivation that took place in agriculture during those years.

1950Production now increasingly focused on tractor attachments.With the economy gaining traction, the demand for agricultu-ral machinery grew at a particularly brisk rate, leading to thedevelopment of a complete range of products for motorisedsoil tillage in the early fifties.

1964The company had been very successful for years, expandingto nearly 450 employees. In the second half of the sixties, however, deep-reaching structural change could be foreseenfor the agricultural sector. This eventually led to the sale of thebusiness.

1970The business was sold to MTD Products, a group of companiesbased in Cleveland, Ohio – in fact the largest manufacturer of out-door power equipment (such as garden tractors, lawn trimmers andmowers), and also a specialist manufacturer for tools, dies and jigsand fixtures (including mass production capability). Through Ventz-ki’s network of dealers, MTD Products gained immediate accessto the German market.

1985Sale of the Handling Technology business line (which had stillbeen retained) to WÜRTEX Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. basedin Uhingen (South Germany).

1990Transfer of location from Uhingen to Eislingen. Proprietary ma-nufacture of customised lift and tilt stands designed for impro-ved workplace ergonomics, preferably for the automotive in-dustry and its suppliers, but also for Lager und Fördertechnik,a company developing handling/conveyor systems for printingshops, with VENTZKI as the manufacturing partner.

2007Sale of the business to Carl Stahl Group headquartered inSüßen (Germany). The company was renamed VENTZKI Hand-ling Systems GmbH & Co. KG as from 1 August 2007, forminga legally independent part of the globally operating Group sup-plying rope and lifting technology.

2008Strategic reorientation by site manager Gregor Zens and histeam in 2008. New product catalogue, build-up of an own, Ger-many-wide sales organisation based on experienced technicalconsultants, with support also from Carl Stahl Group. Succes-sful implementation of a DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 quality system,with initial certification in October 2008.

2009First trade fair presence in 2009 at the MOTEK (Stuttgart), aninternational fair for assembly, handling and automation tech-nology. Presentation of an expanded range of products en-hanced by the inclusion of aluminium crane systems (overheadand slewing cranes), vacuum load pick-up devices and – as analternative means – gripper systems and manipulators. The re-sulting gain in competences allows us to offer high-quality total solutions as a system supplier.

2010New and expanded product catalogue published in early Marchunder the slogan “Partner for Efficiency and Ergonomics”. Con-tinuous expansion of sales resources and activities, includingforeign markets (EU countries). The second MOTEK trade fairpresence is currently being planned and implemented (29thMOTEK international fair for assembly, handling and automati-on technology due to take place in Stuttgart in September).

First fair presence for VENTZKI in autumn 2009 at the 28th MOTEK trade fair for assembly and handlingsystems in Stuttgart – with expectations exceeded

For the first time as a member of Carl Stahl Group, VENTZKI presented itself with great success at the leading trade fair for assembly, handling andautomation technology. Roughly 70 contacts were established at the MOTEK in Stuttgart directly and almost one third of them led to specific inquiriesor requests for offers for various products. In several cases, customer visits were requested to talk about pending projects; in all the rest of the newcontacts, workplace systems and planned investments could subsequently be discussed in detail with the prospective customers. All in all, the expec-tations of the VENTZKI sales team were more than satisfied regarding the outcome of the 4-day fair for assembly, handling and automation technolo-gy.

Many of the 32,000 visitors to the fair were pleased to see that Ventzki was back again and presented itself anew as a premium manufacturer followingthe take-over by Carl Stahl Group in 2007. “It was enormously important for us, in light of the previous crisis years, to present ourselves with a new and clear strategy after the change in owners-hip,” says Gregor Zens, the site manager, drawing a positive conclusion. Thanks to an attractive set-up at the main hallway of Hall 1, with a spaciousstand that was open on three sides and decorated in the unmistakable red-and-grey corporate design, the VENTZKI team had lots of opportunities toenter into spontaneous conversations with visitors.

Exemplary VENTZKI products presented, and shown in operation, were two electrohydraulic lift and tilt stands with a load capacity of 2,000 kg. Ano-ther eye-catcher was a dump stand with belt conveyor, shown using a simulated, simplified work process. Besides, visitors could test two pneumati-cally operated lifters with joystick, plus a spring-driven lifter rounding off the range of exhibition products. In addition to such handling systems, whichare primarily intended to facilitate the processes of assembly workstations, VENTZKI has significantly extended its product range by recently includinghigh-quality vacuum lifters and aluminium cranes in order to be able to offer total solutions as a system provider.

“Our sales force attends to our customers regularly. This allows them to develop customised solutions proactively in direct reflection of on-site manu-facturing conditions, and offer and market them successfully,” says Gregor Zens, who had numerous conversations with visitors during the event, pre-senting the company again and again, explaining projects for customised solutions, and distributing Ventzki’s new corporate profile brochure amongthe visitors. Many of the 1,000 exhibitors also paid a visit to the attractive Ventzki stand to establish ties during the 4-day event.

Lots of new customer contacts were additionally generated by activities apart from the trade fair, particularly through the efforts of the reinforced salesteam. VENTZKI will continue to implement its growth strategy as a premium manufacturer of handling technology by expanding its market presence –e.g. by additional marketing via the online shop and industrial equipment catalogue of Europe’s largest provider of warehouse and industrial logisticsproducts.

VENTZKI will also be a regular exhibitor at the MOTEK in the years ahead, as the company considers it essential to be directly available to its custo-mers there again – as a “partner for efficiency and ergonomics” in connection with complex handling systems.

KonstruktionUnsere Techniker und Ingenieure entwerfen, planen und konstruieren die Anlagen detailliert und individuell im 3D-CAD

(Inventor), in Abstimmung mit der Fertigung. Die Verwendung von Konstruktionselementen auf Basis von standardisierten

Baugruppen ermöglicht eine zeitnahe Umsetzung der Konstruktionen. Nach erfolgter Ausarbeitung im CAD werden die

Einzelpositionen in das PPS-System (SAP) u bertragen und dort als Material- und Fertigungspositionen generiert. In der

Arbeitsvorbereitung werden die Dispositionen und Arbeitsgänge zur nachfolgenden Produktion bearbeitet und durch ein
