Ingredients: 1 cup Oat Flour 1 tsp. Baking Powder ¼ tsp. salt ½ tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. stevia 1 cup milk of choice - soy milk 1/4 cup yogurt 1 egg 1 tbsp. olive oil Pancake Recipe Banana sauce 1 ripe Banana 2 tbsp. Yogurt Optional: A pinch of cocoa powder Procedure: 1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. 2. In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until completely combined. Don’t over mix! 4. Heat a pan on low-medium heat and pour some olive oil /sunflower oil. 5. Put a ladle full of the batter and let it cook. 6. Until the batter have bubbles appearing flip the pancakes gently. 7. Cook the other side for around 30 sec to 1 min and put it in a plate. 8. Cook the rest of the pancakes . While waiting it to cool down we’re going to make the banana sauce. 9. In a blender put in a ripe banana and 2 tbsp. of yogurt. 10. Mix it together . 11. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.Cut each chicken breast into halves.Put it on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil.Mix together the Parmesan and the breadcrumbsIn a small bowl separate the egg whites from the yolk.Dip the chicken into the egg whites one at a time.When it’s all done, coat them with the whole wheat breadcrumbsCover the chicken with aluminum foil and bake it in the oven for 40 min.Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken and sprinkle some cheese on top.Put it in the oven for 5 min until the cheese melts.

Reasons Ingredients Modified: Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs:We changed the regular breadcrumbs into whole-wheat breadcrumbs. Whole-wheat breadcrumbs is made from whole-wheat bread that has been processed to create small pieces until the texture is like sand. The reason we changed the breadcrumbs is because whole-wheat has more fiber that gives you energy throughout the day. Also consuming whole-wheat can help you lose weight. By using whole-wheat breadcrumbs it will make the chickens tastier. Lemon:We changed the mozzarella cheese to lemon because lemon can strengthen the protein fibers in a more mild meat like boneless skinless chicken breast. And also lemon give a nice taste to the chicken. Homemade Tomato Sauce:We changed the canned tomato sauce into homemade tomato sauce because it is healthier. As you know that canned food has more sodium rather than the homemade one.

ReasonsIngredients Modified: Sea Salt:We changed from regular salt to sea salt because it contains more minerals which is good for our body. Even though sea salt taste milder than regular salt but it still has less calories. Unsweetened Plain Yogurt:We changed from plain yogurt to unsweetened plain yogurt because it has no added sugar in it, which is good for us. We added stevia (substitute sugar) into the sauce. Sunflower Oil:We changed from regular oil to sunflower oil because it is healthier and it contains less fat definitely. One of the good points of consuming sunflower oil is that it doesn’t contain any saturated fats. As you know that saturated fats is bad for you because it can produce plaque in the blood vessels. As a result the bloodstream will not flowing well all over to your body.
