Examples:Service to the Profession: copy of meeting minutes; program flier indicating presenter or printed material for the session.

Knowledge Level: Staff Development Evaluation form; outline or workshop handout, etc.; College course—course syllabus,Letter from professor, or receipt for tuition for course.
