Since 1997, support measures to ICT use at school have been developed as follows:
1. 1997-2000: PSTD – Plan for the Development of Educational Technologies: financial effort for the ICT equipment in all schools
2. Since 2002: ForTIC Plan: ICT literacy for about 200.000 teachers
